The beauty of a game can come from a number of factors. But I really think a major factor is the community. The people in this game are a TREASURE. You can enter a match facing someone like three belts higher than you and there's at least a 70-80% chance they would drop everything they're doing and try to teach you a move you surely don't know of because they WANT you to get better at the game. There are players that will happily use their time (that they can spend doing other shit they find important) to help others learn and improve. It's beautiful to see a community of people actually be.. well.. a community :D

Playing Rumble is comparable to practicing martial arts, even down to the belts. You start off by learning a couple techniques, slowly improving and building on yourself. When you start completely fresh, the elusive black belt seems like the goal to strive for, but as you progress will come to realize that it's really just the beginning. In the Korean martial art Taekwondo, which is what I have experience with, there are 10 black belts. All the colored belts are really just the preparation for the journey as a black belt. I haven't personally played Rumble (yet) but watching the video reminded me of when I first started training at the age of 7. Fantastic video!

I love rumble as a game and I played a it a lot a couple months ago. It truly is a huge example of what VR is capable of as a medium beyond just physics based shooters (No offense to Half Life Alyx and Boneworks/Bonelab, LOVE THEM TOO). It's so satisfying to learn the form of a game. You're learning a proper sport. I highly recommend anyone with a VR headset get this game and join. Though, my biggest problem is how physically demanding the game is. I've not played it at all recently because I know that when I'm done, I will be drenched in sweat and sore for the next several days. Great workout though! I don't wish for this game to be any less physically demanding, it's just something I need to get used to.

I'm literally saving for a pc because of shoeless' videos and this game (just wish it was on quest standalone :(
You need very good internet for it, I suggest using steam vr + a ethernet cable w/ a router for the best experience, whilst the pc matter its not as critical as the internet.
I remember seeing this game a few years ago, its insane how far its come
16:48 Why do I like to imagine Windette laying on his stomach and kicking his feet while writing this part of the script
I fuckin wish I could lay down like that while writing. I totally would too
@@Windette If I was a content creator, I would too😭
ive not felt this excited to download and play a game this game and video looks amazing so thank you and shoeless for telling me about this gem of a game
YES! ANOTHER JOINS OUR RANKS!!
Once windette finds out about rainworld the English dictionary will officially run out of words to describe unfairness and I would have heard every possible insult in existence aimed at my intelligence-
Can’t wait for this to be a thing you can do irl in 40 years
These kinds of mechanics would be great for a Rithmatist game.
I saw shoeless vid first and I DEFINITELY AGREE his vid on rumble is so good
4:41 that transition was smooth af
hehehehe took me a bit to get it JUUUUUUST right
holy this channel is a goldmine.
and all the convincing was 1 video
THAT shoeless video came into my recommended and it made me want a vr headset more than anything.
@@blujman7670 that's exactly what happened to me...
It is like they are developing a new martial art
I need a community post to see how shoeless reacts to the windette assault
I remember practicing these moves in the mirror so many times just so I could show my friends how I learnt a way of getting rock to 5 times the speed of light
I wish I had a vr headset, this looks absolutely amazing to play.
This is genuinely so cool, thank you for highlighting this game! I wish I had a vr set now 😞
I hope the whoever made this makes this with other elements
The physical comedy allowed by the game increases the funniness of this video 100fold.
oh uh, cool video idea, a cool gun game on vr called onward, its a shooter based on actual military combat, you make load outs and curtain modes and maps, not sure if your into that kinda stuff, but i just thought i you might enjoy giving it a try
I just want to thank you windette, you got me into hollow knight, deep rock, risk of rain 2 and now apperantly even a vr game that i WILL be purchasing now. Thank you, your videos bring happiness and funnies to the internet and you are one of the gold standards of gaming 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
this is how I feel about shoeless so I totally get you. I wouldn't have ever played rumble if not for him
This video is like the Karen restaurant- Insulting, but funny
Shoeless just evolved rumble to the third dimension while everyone was attacking on the ground ❤😂❤
That first match with another noobie opponent was hilarious i need to buy vr for this
