Not that I'm aware of, unless there's some sort of hardware Bluetooth compatibility issue. You'll have to research.

your controller can switch between devices if you press the pair button (on the controller) twice.

Same the problem is that there is a way to fix it but what caused it was A update to all Macs and PC on social media there was A post about Xbox series controllers and PS5 controllers replacing the Xbox one and PS4 controllers

I had the same problem. Just remove your xbox controller from devices in bluetooth, then reconnect it again as if it were the first time connecting it. I think the problem is somewhere with auto connecting. Don't think auto connect works very well yet
