“The most effective attitude to adopt is one of supreme acceptance. The world is full of people with different characters and temperaments. We all have a dark side, a tendency to manipulate, and aggressive desires. The most dangerous types are those who repress their desires or deny the existence of them, often acting them out in the most underhanded ways. Some people have dark qualities that are especially pronounced. You cannot change such people at their core, but must merely avoid becoming their victim. You are an observer of the human comedy, and by being as tolerant as possible, you gain a much greater ability to understand people and to influence their behavior when necessary”

*Cabra Goon, I recently discovered Robert and have watched a few of his interviews. Based upon what I have heard him say, . . . it seems to me, . . . he is either ignorant of the spiritual realm, and the reality of the effects of spirits upon our lives, or . . . he is cognizant of same, yet being deceptive.*
*Because he seems to be sincere in his beliefs, I believe he is simply ignorant regarding the spiritual realm. He could learn much, by searching You Tube for **_Secrets of the Demonic Realm - Power of Christ Jesus!_** He would also greatly benefit from going to the website referenced in the description of the videos.*

Ive always felt compelled to understand ME and others. Emotional regulation was a challenge in my childhood. As an adult i Received a Criminal Justice undergrad degree and now a master's degree in counseling psychology. I'm still learning. I strive to learn daily and listen to self help UA-cam videos to keep myself up to date and to remind / refresh my mind on everything that I may already know; however continue towards self-improvement. It's an ongoing journey. The natural human brain tends to use its lizard brain if we don't stay conscious and aware of our emotions. Keep them in check. Treat yourself kindly and be patient and strive towards a better you. Good luck everyone.

Oh wow. What an amazing speech. So much truth (at least for me) in one video. Now the cool stuff begins. Not just accepting it and saving it on a playlist. Watching it again, put it into practice, find how to simplify it, how to expand on it, let it sink in, respectfully debate it, link it with other areas, enjoy it, making it a tool for my development and maybe others along the line, yet letting go of ego and the attachment to it. Oh wow.

Yes Robert is right on on the fact that too many leaders understand the functional side of their leadership role, but do not know how to understand the behavior nature of the people they lead. This often is because in the advice they were given by their family environment, people relations are not really taught. It is severely mistaken that they will just learn this naturally thru life experiences.
As Robert has said in many of his writings, a big part of people relations is for leaders and all of us, to learn to be more humble and truly learn how to listen to the people they work with. This often means crossing a cultural bridge to learn on how other people grew up and how they have come to have such vast variety of differences of opinions.

Ridiculous to think that "how well they accept everyone" is a good criterion for hiring. The key to is hire people who understand themselves and others well, not who accept people indiscriminately and who 'smile genuinely.' Such smile is either the fruit of naivete (if not dumbness) or the result of phoniness. You want intelligent, competent, wise people - not dumb social animals.

It's the same thing in a compagny. When employees don't make conversations and are stick to their technology, it's bad. We need social environment in a compagny or you will get to your workplace with a different mindset. We are created like it and if we do the reverse, it can't work. Even if you like being alone and doing your things, you will ask for social too

..i notice this pattern..highly emotional based decision making..but when I ease my mind thru chill meditation isolation..I ponder & focus on the right decision.
we're here to evolve out of the animal realm of eat, fvk, sleep..& this is also aligned with the common denominator of success..tech singularity, etc. if we can control emotionally eating & fvking..I see it all around in others..their lives are all about eating &/or sex..but the 1% who put creative purpose into action, as their center focus, they excel pass the animals, in health, wealth & happiness.

It's the system we live in, getting things done, employment/ businesses tasks, it has to do with so called stress, unfortunate coincidences and the amount of time and money it actually takes to do things, frustration, under estimation that keep us from our humanism, I think we become more human as we age and become wise, humanism has to do with empathy understanding and helping, nothing to do with money

      Science
Well stated. Question: if what you propose is achievable, then stress is of our own making and has no basis in fact. A “god”...if you will.

Primal, natural behavior...we are animals who must become Human???.....all of the animals on the planet live together in unison.....HUMANS are a cancer that has screwed up the planet depleted the planet and resources , and caused the extinction of millions of animals and insects and fish and birds and has polluted the planet beyond repair with Nuclear energy and caused pain and suffering beyond imagination to our own kind with wars and poverty and greed .......We are natural animals, but we become HUMANS ???? Do you see a benefit in being human???? Please tell me....Thats what people always say they love animals more than Humans!! we should just stay animals

If I had 3 wishes people skills would be #1 on the list. IQ and perfect health. You wont have to wish for a 4th because youll be able to gain everything else. You dont want to be given wealth and success. You want to earn it. Youll build strong trust worthy circles while doing so. Everyone will know who you are and you will feel fulfilled. Accomplished. Youll belong. Everyone will have a connection with you through the trails by fire. And if youre smart then itll be pretty easy..just takes time. You dont wanna rush through life. You want to enjoy all the little things. All the variables that are the building blocks. The corner stones of the life you have and share with the people around you.

Some people can manage their emotions, be self-aware and use logic and critical thinking. Narcissists are the ones who can't do that. It's not a natural animal instinct. That's a personality disorder. Not everyone thinks about getting more attention than others and comparing to others. These are all narcissist traits. And yes, it is constant for them. This is a super common disorder though, so I can see why he'd think it was everyone. Narcissists also can't understand the difference between themselves and others so makes sense he'd describe it as "viral emotions" as dangerous. People with boundaries have empathy for other's feelings and can separate their own feelings, so they aren't drained by someone else's feelings. Narcissists also have weak emotional intelligence. Compulsions are not normal either. Perfectionism is a narcissist trait also. Not everyone is that way. Not everyone is a "mystery to themselves" that is also a narc trait. They have no sense of self. And a victim complex also. Over-sensitivity. Self-absorption/obsession. And much more. I have some videos on it. They are emotionally stunted at a child's age (which is one reason they can't handle their own emotions). That is all projection to assume everyone has the same disorder. People are mostly narcissists, but there are also a small number of sociopaths, borderline, some healthy people, mentally ill people, etc. All these brains are super different!
