Williams syndrome can't be faked. The 3D elfin facial appearance is something very easily distinguishable in them and they're very empathetic with strong language and musical skills. It can't be faked because speaking more than 20 languages fluently while remembering thousands of songs... Just incredible talents. Also those who don't have that cute elfin facial appearance don't have Williams syndrome. Their personality makes them really cute
Also Williams syndrome is the result of the 7q11.23 portion of the 7th chromosome being erased. This change resulted in a very sweet personality with great skills, learning disabilities or not
