Finally, we came to Dalhousie. We had booked a Tatkal 3rd AC train ticket from Delhi to Pathankot, which cost us around Rs. 1100 (per person). After reaching Pathankot, we booked a shared taxi from Pathankot to Dalhousie, which cost us around Rs 590 per person. After reaching here, we booked a room in Hotel Ashiyana, which cost us Rs 2000 (per person, Rs 1000), as it was peak time, so we luckily grabbed this deal. Otherwise, we were getting more expensive hotels, about Rs 3000-5000. We stayed here and enjoyed the first night in Dalhousie. We explored the local market and enjoyed the street foods.
