I bought a Browning Buckmark Camper several years ago, when I started in a .22 league. My first week, using an old plinker, showed me i needed to upgrade immediately, and the Camper was the least expensive target model I could find. It moved me from clown school to acceptable, using iron sights. It's nice to know there are options out there to take this lovely thing and make it really shine. I may give this a try!
This is almost my exact custom pistol... complete with the tactical solutions barrel. This gun is even more of a blast with a .22 suppressor on the end. Most standard .22 ammunition will fire subsonic out of it. Very fun, very accurate, and very affordable. Tactical Solutions makes great stuff.

Doesn't the lighter weight compromise the pistols ability for precision target work. If your shooting for points your better off with the extra weight. If your planing on using the pistol suppressed the weight reduction is a non issue. So I would think of the Tac Sol barrel as converting the Buckmark into a suppressor host.
Nice upgrade. I have a tactical solutions comp like this and an outback gemini silencer and their tac. sol. 1/2 x 28 TPI thread adapter on my Sig Mosquito and it works great. Reasonable prices compared to companies like Volquartsen, etc.
My daughter 12 years old and I started her off backwards. She started off shooting my 10mm Auto and 12 guage Slugs and 00 buck mag shells. Just got her a Browning BuckMark cause she shoots 100 to 200 rounds of 10mm when we go shooting and the ammo ain't cheap. Just picked up 1000 rounds for her BuckMark for $40. Lol. She wants her BuckMark upgraded similar to this.

With the TacSol 7.5" barrel, comp, and Tacsol integrated rail, mine weighs 1.73lbs. Long barrel and still weighs much less than a factory Buckmark. If you do get the TacSol integrated sight rail (with the rear sight in it), you will want the HIGH TacSol front sight, otherwise you will likely run out of adjustment room on the sight. I did. Buckmarks just run. Have to say, out of the box, they are a better gun than the Ruger MK series. Not near as much you can do with them, but stock for stock, the Browning is the better gun in my opinion. Own both.
You can do a lot with that 2:30 seconds of blackness at the end of your videos that would be cool . Like after 1:45 seconds of darkness when E-1 thinks your video has ended . Do something wild & unusual for 30-45 seconds at the end that will shock and awe everyone & it will quickly catch on ! .Just like a film editing channel that has over 1 million subs does called "Film RIOT" ...Look them up on Y T.

ok, so something i caught here... the front sight wont work on the factory barrel... does that also mean the factory sight wont work ont he tac sol barrel? that seems quite silly that they made the barrel to only accept their own front sight.

The compensator makes it shoot flatter but the barrel being lighter itself makes it rise had the just developed a comp for the regular heavy Barrel there would be no muzzle rise at all honestly if the barrel was your typical steel barrel and steel comp it would be unreal how flat that thing would shoot

You could of bought another Buckmark for that price Sootch00. If the gun was shooting fantastic the first time why change it. Just saying that's a lot of money to put into a 22 handgun. it really shines if you have a suppressor. the tacsol barrel is very light and suppressed .22lr pistols are fun to shoot. i went buckmark over the ruger mark series after watching the takedown, and a barrel swap from tac sol is easier to me than buying a ruger mark and then the tacsol upper which is the serialized part so you need to do another 4473 just for that....but then again you could just get a ruger mark 22/45 w/ threaded barrel.... Don't get me wrong Jacob. I'm a huge Browning fan and i have a Browning buckmark Target bull's-eye with a 7 1/2 inch barrel. I never had to get a new barrel on it and i have had it for 12 years now. The only thing i have done to it was put some Willams fiberoptic sights on it and that cost me 55 dollars.
ive only got the one mag it came with. i need to invest in more of those. i bought the camper model with factory threaded barrel thinking i was going to shoot it suppressed. one day i plan to...i did buy the tacsol barrel on it thinking i could sell the camper barrel which i could but i think im just going to keep that as well. i dont have any of the other doo dad's they offer to make the buckmark look like a space gun but ill admit i want the adapter to put 1911 grips on the buckmark. purely cosmetic and highly unnecessary
Yea, just keep the original barrel it adds value to the gun if you keep all of the original parts. Also that sounds cool if you put a suppressor on it in the near future and get another magazine just incase the other one starts to malfunction, then you will have a backup.

Hey man, i bought a new Practical URX Buckmark with Micro Bull barrel from Rural King. Well, my rear sight adjuster screw broke in half hahahah. So my sight is stuck all the way down. I can still use it but my center aim is the bottom of the front sight...... like this shape here if you can make it out 》 ( _l_ ) 《.. Should i drill a hole and use an easy out to get this screw out and put a better screw in? Ive never had this happen before and is it worth it? New rail and rear sight is out of my budget at the moment. Or does anyone out there have one theyd sell for a reasonable price? Hints, tips or new rail...
hmm... it does look awful high, but I reckon he had to use the high-mount red fiber optic front sight so it can be seen over top of the picatinny rail.

As far as the comp, go with a Tandemkross or even better, an Allchin. Much easier to clean.
