@@pootispiker2866 Actually, the Dash 8’s aren’t the most common on the mainline over here in the US, though you may be thinking of their successors, the Dash 9. Those units are still somewhat common, although many are being rebuilt with AC traction. The Evolution Series superseded the Dash 9 in the mid 2000s and are arguably some of the most abundant locomotives on the major railroads.
