I'm so happy you posted again! Your sobriety videos specifically are a huge reason I'm doing well in early sobriety as I wrap up my 20's. Thank you so much.
Im going sober for the whole 2025. I do not have any problems with drinking and have always been able to say no. I just really want to invest in my health this year but also want to think more about how I see alcohol in my future:)
I quit drinking in August 2024 and your videos were so helpful in those early days. I always struggled to make peace with getting sober at a fairly young age and I could really relate to everything you said. Now at 132 days and feeling better and better ✨Another great video Lizzie, looking forward to more videos in 2025!
Gave up drinking and initially thought about how can I ever live a happy and content life without rewarding myself with beer. I didn't drink anything else alcohol based and justified my habit. 10 months sober. Only had a problem with it since Covid and dealt with Pandemic with 3 beers a day and ended with about 7:or 8 beers daily I started spirally downward and finally ended my relationship with beer. Toxic relationship was forming and got my life back on track !!::Good luck to all
You inspired me before with regards to sobriety. You're doing it again. Thank you. Wish me luck! Good luck to everyone else battling with an alcohol addiction ❤
So happy to see this video pop up on my feed this morning! :) Here's to a wonderful 2025. Also, I was wondering if you had dietary/ physical activity shifts as you became sober? Meaning, as you had more "free time", did cooking your own meals or implementing a workout routine become an aspect of sobriety for you?
443 days sober and an entire 2024 of being sober, Love to everyone from India ❤
Went all of 2024 without alcohol. Quit in October 2023. Best decision ever!
I agree!!
