AIKO Drums by Ezpela

For some it’s tradition, for Aiko, it’s also our dance, our music, our work, our life… And at the root of all that is the rhythm, the percussion, the sound of the tabor… We were born, raised and grew up amongst tabors. Now it’s our turn. We want to create a new tabor. An extraordinary tabor.
We turned to a great craftsman: Raul Pariente, at the Ezpela company. It’s been a while since we were busy in his workshop:
-researching, observing, listening, learning, analysing, persevering, imagining… and, quite often, dreaming…
Along the way we have counted on the help of renowned taborers and percussionists in our field. We’ve taken ergonomics into account. We musicians must feel comfortable to play well: our wrists, shoulders, arms, backs, general mobility… But most of important of all is the sound and ensuring that the sound is as good as possible as well as stable… To get the best sound we’ve turned to the best materials. We’ve combined craftwork with innovation and the latest technologies. Woods and leathers selected. And carbon fibre. More resistant than steel, as light as wood, and unchangeable: nothing affects it, not humidity, heat or cold.
It’s time to share in our dream, AIKO tabors made by the Ezpela company.
