Trying out a new Guyanese Chowmein🇬🇾

- Chicken preparation
2 lg. Chicken breast washed and cut into small pieces
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 1 tsp black pepper
Add 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Add 2 tbsp Chinese sauce
Add 3 tbsp green seasoning (garlic, green onions, fine thyme, broad leaf thyme, mari wirrie peppers)
Leave to marinate while preparing the other ingredients
In a pan with 1 tbsp oil
Add marinated chicken and cooked until natural water is evaporated
Add 2 carrot thinly sliced
Add 2 stems of celery finely chopped
Add 1 cup of frozen green peas
Add 1/2 red onion finely chopped
Add 3 mari wirrie peppers finely chopped
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add 1 tsp Chinese spice
Add 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Add 3 tbsp Chinese sauce
Add 6 stems of flat leaf parsley finely chopped
Mix well
In a pot with boiling water
Add 1-2 tsp salt
Add 2 ok Caribbean’s Best Chowmein noodles
Cook for 7 minutes and drain
In a pot add half of the chicken and vegetables
Add half of the Chowmein
Add the rest of the Chowmein
Add all the chicken and vegetables
Add 1 tsp Chowmein seasoning
Mix well and garnish with fresh green onions
Enjoy with family and friends

It's always nice to grow your seasonings in your backyard ..I do the same when I cooking just step out and grab them. Those are the best flavoured peppers, I love them
