All the sounds have to come live from them (doesn't necessarily have to come from their mouth). But they are allowed to use their loop-station to edit their voices to sound more like other things. All the editing is done on the spot though. Insane amount of practice needs to be done to make their edits on the fly without tuning. As an aside, you should watch both MB14 vs Thorsen (One of my favorite MB14 performances). And Saro vs NME Grand Finale is amazing too. You'll love both. Keep up the solid work man!
"He Just Different Man!" Every time I hear Stevie say this in the background I run over to my computer to see what he is talking about. Stevie should put this on a t-shirt...
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG. Bruh this shit was as hype as i was hoping. Knew you would go crazy, def need to watch his whole tournament here.
I've been watching and following beatboxing for about 2 years now. And I've watched pretty much all the BeatBox reaction channels and ... YOUR reaction was THE BEST I've ever seen. You felt Saro's soul in that last drop. Your reaction was fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Great video. Definitely keep watching the loop station battles, most of them are fire too.
YES Stevie Knight my brother!!! You've finally found beatbox loopstation! I stumbled across this video maybe 2 years ago. Blew my mind. I'm excited to see what one you're guna put up next! Keep up the good work sir. Peace.
The thing I love about loops station battles is it's like a mix of a beat box battle, dj battle and music production battle all mixed into one. I love all 3 of those things and combined it's just unreal.
Best reaction vid ever!!!! That was so great to watch, because I literally reacted the same way the first time I heard Saro! Keep the reactions coming, that was awesome!
Yo Knight! As you react to more beatboxers, your community is going to have more people trying to show you "Technicality" (The style with rapid snares, pops, and high energy) (Reeps One is considered to be one of the most talented in this style) Keep in mind that these guys are constantly on the bleeding edge of sound in terms of the human body's ability to produce vocal percussion. After your ear adjusts over a few videos and you start to identify people who can spit drum loops like rappers spit bars. Except the language is cadence and you'll feel the groove in your body- Like Saro's killer performance, keeping you constantly engaged and letting the beat ride when its right. MB14 I think chose to do an impromptu cover of "Toxicity" by S.O.A.D. because he was only using 1 or 2 of his loops instead of the full board- in these competitions, adjusting on the fly to showcase an area of skill your opponent would be weak in is a solid way to score points on a judge sheet. He had first reply after Saro finished, Heard Saro's choice of genre and countered with his own- with a lot of exposed snares and kicks not covered by a backing track. Showcasing sustained rhythm and a solid singing section, MB has some pipes on em. Just like how boxers will favor certain areas, and coaches have their playbook's - These guys are using their ability to combine improvised and consistent rhythm with pre planned sets . The closest analogy I can think off the top of my head, is that beatboxing is most similar to Jazz. Your granddaddy's Jazz. Where it was different every night and everyone was cutthroat while still discovering new styles of music . But the beatboxing community is very, very tight knit and the guy in the front row with the crazy facial expressions ? That's BBK, hes in pretty much every SBBX video in the crowd hyping people up. He is a character man, and there a lot of them in the BBX community. Loving the content man, been watchin for a minute and watching someone even if by accident develop their ears for different varieties of music and artists- its dope to see and you don't see it enough. Keep killin it man!
You’re the first guy I see who react to this. I thought that Swissbeatbox was well known in Europe but not in USA. So good to see your reaction, there’s plenty of good show you can see in that UA-cam channel
This is one of the best loop station battles ever, great video for your first introduction. If your going to be watching some more try out So-So and balance, they’re two of my favs, 👊
They can add effects with the loop station but they have to beatbox a sound into the loop station to get the same sound with or without effects back out of it
If you thought this was fire, you should watch Rhythmind’s loopstation compilation. This is my first video I’ve seen of yours, I rock with you heavy. gotta subscribe after this reaction💯
There's a video called "Saro @ Vieilles Charrues 2018" where Saro does a 50 minute set on just his loop station in front of a giant crowd. This guy can *actually* do a whole concert.
Yo I saw that you enjoyed this. I'd suggest trying out Ratchetklank by Tom Thum. If you really want your socks blown off with the whole loop station thing :)
Saro's last round was wild. When the first drop hits you think that's the drop until you hear him build up to the second drop and then the REAL drop hits.
Check out the other Saro videos from this same competition. I think it’s the semifinal that’s my favourite? Either way, he is just on a different level!

(doesn't necessarily have to come from their mouth) ~~ thinks about So-So slapping the shit out of the mic haha
@@Delok. lmao i think ur thinking of rythmind
@@Jqxyy no I mean so-so :) after he beat beatness he had no routine left 😂
Delok rhythmind slapped the mic, but i think so-so slapped the end of a plug to get that static sound
@@mpee2 oh yeah right he slapped the plug!
Yeah the loopstations give them so much more freedom to make music. They're my favorite.
Saro is a beast on the Loopstation.
ua-cam.com/video/HKEmaPj935M/v-deo.html
Teo Igi I’ll check him out. Any suggestions to start off with?
@@rylan71 watch nme v brez, balance v rythmind, so so v beatness
They are all pretty beasty at loop station if they are on swissbeatbox lol
The first guy in round 2 was covering System of a Down - Toxicity

You need to edit one more time bro.

What im saying tf
Saro is definitely animal
"He Just Different Man!" Every time I hear Stevie say this in the background I run over to my computer to see what he is talking about. Stevie should put this on a t-shirt...

Saro is the first person to win GBB and WBC in his first try.
First and only😂 he didn't even care after that...he just wanted to give others their chance...
That guy you keep seeing with the wide eyes and crazy faces is BBK, basically the president of the beatbox event! The lord of beatbox lol 🔥
That dude in the audience that had big ass eyes is like the president of all those beatboxing things
Unknown Ninja294 BBK
I do not know if I have commented on you before or not, but I will say it again. It was the coolest reaction I have ever seen.
I've seen this before but fuck, now I gotta go look up more Saro. You're the man, I hope to see the community grow.
First video of yours i watched, love watching beatboxing reactions. Hope to see more of these!
So glad u reacted to this. I've been watchin this shit for a while and trying to get people to fuck wit it. Saro is so fire!🔥
How have I only just came across you bro you’re videos are great keep it up, love from England 🙌🏼👍🏼
This 2nd round from Saro is to this day the best Loopstation Beatbox I‘ve heard.
new to loopstations but yea that was sick as fuck
Damn, didn't expect you to react to this. This battle is legendary man!!
When making sounds on loopstations you can distort your sound in order to make that little laser noise you heard from saro
NME Loopstation Compilation or Rhymnd Loop Station comp for sure
Hell yeah,more beatboxing stuff
Bruh seeing you react to loopstation is so dope! Hope to see more of it!
You opened my eyes stevie yet again 👀 thx
The hype in this videos tops all the others!!! Do another
Bruh you had me dying laughing😂💀 “that ain’t enough bro”
Thank you, finally, I remember I requested this a while back.

Dub fx probably one of my favorite “loop” artist who needs more love! Also let’s see some Reggie watts reaction! Much love
saro is the god tho of loop
You’re the first guy I see who react to this. I thought that Swissbeatbox was well known in Europe but not in USA. So good to see your reaction, there’s plenty of good show you can see in that UA-cam channel
Yup that is always my go to beatbox recommendation to get people into it.
finally u got into the best rabbit hole ...loopstation battle championship ;)
Another great vid bro!!! I'd love to hear you dissect MB14 vs Thorson loop station battle
I hope you jump on these and keep reacting to more GBB videos man. Your mind is going to open up like the fucking Red Sea.
This is one of the best loop station battles ever, great video for your first introduction.
If your going to be watching some more try out So-So and balance, they’re two of my favs, 👊
Thanks for doing some unique shit, makes me find some new things
First loop contest I have seen, pretty F ing cool
They make the sounds but can change the tone with the machine
I've been watching loop station battles for a few years now. This Battle has to be the best one out there. Saro is the man!
That dude in the crowd is like the Waldo of this stuff. You may have to look, but he's in EVERY. FUCKING. ONE.
Broo! The loopstation battles are crazy. You gotta see some of the ones with Rythmind. Dude is phenomenal.
Love your reactions!
like your energy mate. your reactions about beatbox are fire. you should definitely check more about the beatbox world.
I only thought u did one video about beatbox! Glad I found them and I miss the "what up what up what up youtuuuube!"
Stevie I love all your shit but damn my guy this was a fucking awesome video
Thatbis THE most lit Ive seen this boy get! What even is this???
I'm a year late to this and i've been bobbing my head since last night
YOOO LEETS GOOO - A BEATBOX REACTION YESSSS
Im so happy you can appreciate this!
Input and track FX that are part of the rc505 loopstation are allowed
That guy that pointed out in the crowd is the president of beat boxing his names bk I think. Hes a beat boxer to
He's bbkforpresident 😂
President of beatboxing lmao,,,
I guess I'll be the president of clapping
stevie please do more beatboxing reaction!
They can add effects with the loop station but they have to beatbox a sound into the loop station to get the same sound with or without effects back out of it
Hell yeah more of this please!
Yo thanks for introducing me to that, that shit was fire
Need more loopstation battles!!! NME vs Brez I think you will really like.
All sounds are from mouth but there is input effects and also effects for track loops on the 505device. Check out rythmind vs nme
If you thought this was fire, you should watch Rhythmind’s loopstation compilation. This is my first video I’ve seen of yours, I rock with you heavy. gotta subscribe after this reaction💯
Subbed for your beatbox journey!
Subbed cuz of the beatbox reactions ❤️
Welcome to the world of loopstation my guy ☺
Next! NME vs Saro! On world championships
Great Reaction Brah
Same reaction from my wife. For other folks, "Hey, that's pretty good." For Saro, "OMG!" Talk about talent...
They make the sounds with their own voices, but they can distort and change the sound frequencies and stuff with the loopstation board I think
All sounds from the mouth through the processing of the loop station
im glad i found someone who doesn't make their videos 22 mins long when the video is like 8 mins long
There's a video called "Saro @ Vieilles Charrues 2018" where Saro does a 50 minute set on just his loop station in front of a giant crowd. This guy can *actually* do a whole concert.
They are allowed to use the sound-effects of the machine but they gotta only use their voices as the raw sound samples and nothing else.
Saro 2019 gbb showcase is basically a concert. He is the best, no competition.
How Stevie reacted to Saro's second round is the exact same way I reacted my first time 😂
Mouth and board combined, so if you can make a unique sound, you’re allowed to use the knob to lower or heighten the pitch too!
Hahahaha i saw your dog sleeping😂😂😂
Hey Stevie you gotta bring back the beatbox reactions man...the recent sbx kickback battles have been lit so you can check out the top ten drops
if u want a real LOOOSTATION battle, then check out RYTHMIND VS SOSO
we want more beatboxing videos
Yo I saw that you enjoyed this. I'd suggest trying out Ratchetklank by Tom Thum. If you really want your socks blown off with the whole loop station thing :)
THEY CAN EDDIT the sounds on the loop station
React too top 10 unique beatbox sounds part 1 please!!!
Watch both of them together. They made a loopstation song together. They also just beatbox battle together.
Fun fact. The mighty Saro has never given up a point to ANYBODY ever.
Can you explain what that actually means I've heard it so many times but I kind of don't know what it means
Stan and bad guy the best story telling in the world 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Do them both plz
Saro's last round was wild. When the first drop hits you think that's the drop until you hear him build up to the second drop and then the REAL drop hits.
They can change the pitch of the loop station to change the sound but they make the effect
Gotta checkout Loop Station battle Beatness vs So So. Pure technique vs energy.
Nice reaction 👍👍👍
Still waiting for Swiss - Daily duppy...
To the point of if you did it i would buy merch😂😂
He steals some old eminem bars in his daily duppy
You gotta watch the loopstation battles against NME. He's got some skills.
Check out the other Saro videos from this same competition. I think it’s the semifinal that’s my favourite? Either way, he is just on a different level!
Every sound is technically created by their voice yes but there are effects they can use to enhance it.
Bro you really should react to rythmind 2019 championship compilation he's a fucking beast and it's a loopstation battle
brooooo do more loopstations !!!!
Mans biceps bigger than my life
Branching out I like it!!
Did you know that all of the people in the crowd are beatboxers?
If you like this, you should react to NME Vs. Saro. Dope battle also.
Yo stevie you gotta review some blind fury.
Please react to:
Mb14 vs Penkyx
Mb14 vs Slizzer
Saro vs Tioneb
Rollin Balls guy is in this vid too 🤣🤣🤣
