If merlo’s elbowfouling in losing position then getting pinned why are the restarting the round? should be called a loss Tom should be 4-1 already
Ya I hate that rule its stupid, and the ready go instead of just go. Jason went early on "ready" a couple of times nd wth was up with the round the ref literally was saying "readyyy" as he's still closing Tom's hand haha.

And not everyone does that, just the ones that are weaker and know they need the advantage haha there's plenty that wait until almost go and eitherway like I said changing it to just "go" wld remove that form of cheating...problem solved

I think like most promotions they removed the Foul in losing position rule, unfortunate IMO

I kind of understand the frustration in the comments with Tom losing. But come on, Jason stayed within the rules and grinded out a victory, give this man some respect. If its such a "robbery", why isnt Tom furious about it?! Great match from both guys!
Because not every athlete is such a sore loser like mmt and others. Blokes like toddzila and holland just show up, do the job and leave with their head up not matter the result, if the rules suck or refs are incopetent theres not much you can do, just take the L like a man and move on.
Tom is a good sport he will never make excuses or say a bad word after losing a match. I can fully understand the frustration of the armwrestling fans about this match though. Can see why they would think the house and promotion was stacked against Tom. That being said it was an absolutely awesome match and that's what I prefer to focus on

What's the point of calling "foul in losing position" if nothing fucking happens? Might as well just call it a foul if you're gonna give him the restart.
The main ref here seemed to be trying too hard to be 'part of the show' in this match and others. A bit heavy-handed with barking out commands IMO. Reminded me of people who 'over correct' their children in front of others to 'make a show' of what good parents they are...

if you watch the rules meeting you will see that in knuckles up only the second foul in loosing position results in a loss/win.

A great contest but I found the fouls in losing position rules annoying. If you're in a losing position and foul out- you should get penalised.

Tactical fouls are so ugly
They need to do runners and everything else is great. Love their production and everything else. Refs are doing a good job with the set rules though.
Disagree hard, running fouls leave a bigger room for foul play if you can hit in illegal positions (like flying elbow hit) and gain the advantage by for example taking the hand and then pinning them to then just get a restart and now have their wrist much easier to take.
A 2 foul stop foul system is not perfect but you’re less likely to use them for advantages imo, 3 fouls is just dumb IMO
