      You have some beautiful properties if you ever think about coating them; don't put SILICONE on them it's the most god awful product ever made. Put it on my own house 20 years ago. For about five years I tried every product/ procedure nothing sticks to it. Silicone doesn't stick to it. I;m in Fort Lauderdale. Great content you put out; on video number 6. Thanks Ken.

    A mentor told me instead of thinking of your dream life write down your nightmare life & see the difference. What choices are you making that will lead you to the nightmare life? What will lead you to your dream? Words to live by.

      If there is a beautiful woman who is everything I ever dreamed of, how fast could I run to her? If there is a hungry grizzly bear behind me, how fast could I run from him? Truly, running from horror is more impetus than running to desire. Especially a desire that is an undefined target.

    I enjoyed this content. Although I have been watching less yt and doing more research. My retirement contributions are not making my 401k any better, should I buy popular index funds in a brokerage account, is this a better alternative to outperform and rebuild my retirement?

      My suggestion to any investor old or new is to get a mentor and don’t just go buying stocks without proper considerations. Most of what is pumped out by the media is what most UA-cam ‘fin-entertainers’ churn out to you as fear uncertainty and doubt.

    • @tammystut
      @tammystut 7 місяців тому +4

      Agreed. That and reading some basic principles laid out in books like The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham. There are also good UA-camrs out there like Felix, Graham Stephan, Humphrey Yang and a few others, but generally you are right.

      Its unclear which stocks and sectors will lead the market in the next uptrend. Stay away from the stock market if you do not have guidance from a plannner and investment strategist. My finances have been in order since I got a wealth planner like Monica with a 600 B AUM working for me.

    Hi Ken,
    I would absolutely love to start my property venture.
    In a $400,000 apartment what would be your target money rental range. ?
    The reason I’m asking this in all honesty is because my daughter is at the University of Edinburgh Scotland, and is struggling massively to find an apartment to rent, I’ve looked into buying a 3 bedroom flat / apartment which would be in the region of around £400,000 GBP.. I don’t know how to start with using OPM as most mortgages require 75% LTV. If Buy to let under my name & unfortunately will not consider the students for mortgage as they have part time jobs and do not take into account Student loans.
    She is 19 and is fully aware this would be a great opportunity to compound from a young age it’s just seems the whole system is stacked against progression for students and low income families, ( myself ). …
    Ps scammers don’t bother saying contact me. 🙄…
    Thanks in advance for any help, advice or guidance 👍

      Your best option I think from where you are financially....is to buy,flip repeat until you are in the position where you don't need OPM...Seek God's Guidance.. peace
