Your build sounds solid from a damage point of view and the rotation is not overly complicated. So I'm gonna give it a try. Great video btw. You showcased everything that is needed to know :)

I have been using this build with scepter/warhorn, which a lot of people kick to the curb, but its been really fun to play. Not good for PvP though. Dagger/ Warhorn seems better for moving targets. Its also good because I can switch to Sinister gear w/ Baelfire runes and some viper trinkets (to reach 100% burn duration) and have a pretty viable condi build as well. Do you have any other suggestions for condi builds? Thanks
If going for a water build, would you recommend zealot's armor/weapons? If so which runes and sigils would you recommed, the standard max DPS setup or something that capitalizes on the extra healing power and regeneration uptime?

I'm just wondering if what I have is okay or if I should change (I'm pretty poor right now and don't even have enough spirit shards for enough Anthologies)I have all Assassin's armor, Beserker's weapons (staff, dagger, warhorn), and Berserker's trinkets and stuff. I went with this build because I was trying to follow your tempest staff video. I think I'll be using both weapons and switch them out to whatever I feel like playing.
+iamdefinetelynotray With that gear, use % modifier on movement or +power/ferocity food and of course sharpening stones. You'll be a tiny % off what's optimal (like < 0.5% so it's pretty negligible) but having Ferocious Winds helps make good use of your extra precision.
Thanks for the fast reply and the tips! If you have the time, could you tell me why Assassin's isn't just better than Beserker's? I thought ele's get a huge bonus from having more precision than power because of things like Ferocious Winds.
+iamdefinetelynotray In optimal groups, you hit 100% crit chance pretty easily - especially when running a fresh air build. In solo situations where your might may not be perfect and you don't have ferocity buffs, you want to be a little power heavy in your gear. Overall, the differences are pretty small (as long as you're not going over crit chance cap)

+Dom Wills I prefer scepter as main hand weapon because I can stay far away from fights and still make a lot of damage with my air attunement build ... and for me it is more comfortable, but only in PvE :P ... on the other hand dagger is great for melee attack. I tryed to use pack runes or flame legion one instead of scholar as long as you cant be 100% uptime over 90% health, but dunno if it's worth it ? Also, what do you think about marauder stats, as long as you dont loose crit chance and you win a bit hp pool. You can mitigate the lost of ferocity with some food or w/e. +E L I S T A E Scholar is still better than Flame legion down to about 60% uptime on your scholar's bonus. Marauder is a great stat choice for an ele who still wants to be heavily DPS but isn't comfortable being glass cannon - using marauder's armor and weapons instead of berserker/assassin is only a 5% DPS loss IIRC but quite a huge gain in your survivability. In general for ele you want to up your precision instead of your ferocity until you hit right around 100% Overall, it looks like your gear selection might be a little too precision heavy - maybe use some berserker's or marauder's instead of assassin's?

finally freshair made it. its such an interesting and versatile way to play ele which offers so much offensive and defensive.

Excellent video. What is the dps difference between scepter warhorn and dagger warhorn?
