I have intentionally never set foot in a IKEA store out of necessity. I KNOW I wouldn't have the self control needed to come out of that store and not break us! Somehow I got a catalog from there and that's how I determined that one! Everything you got were really useful items. Really like the idea of those cube things to help with the little ones changing clothing needs as they grow so fast! It's so hard to go back to work after maternity leave. Sounds like you had a nice long one though! I only got 6 weeks and it tore my heart out going back to work! It will take a whole lot of discipline on your part to pull off working from home with a little one right there all the time! I wish you luck with that but you will surprise yourself what you can pull off when it comes to putting babies best interest first. It's just a built in mom thing I think!
In Canada we get a year of maternity leave. I don’t know how moms who only get 6 weeks do it. I remember when my baby hit 6 weeks old and thinking I definitely couldn’t go back at that time. He definitely wouldn’t have been breastfed at all (he was born early and was just too small to get a good latch until he was about 7-8 weeks!) I have really been enjoying being off with him. Though I’m not getting paid currently which is unfortunate.. but we thought it was more beneficial for me to be home with him. We found a daycare close by that’s luckily very affordable so I’ll probably still take him there when I’m working from home so I can focus on work!
👍 nice job everything comes in handy. Thank you for sharing

And you’re very wise!!! Ikea is a very tempting place 😂😂😂 I made a list before hand and actually did a pretty good job at sticking to it! Yay me!!!
