I've so enjoyed this little series - much better than most of the drivel on Netflix!
Exactly my thoughts! These two have kept me soo entertained- love them to do Hadrian’s wall❤❤ or Jurassic Coast trail
Wow that's high praise! Thank you!
So good, enjoyed it from start to finish!
Ben/Rachel. Saw the car today as we are on day 8 as well. Car still looks good, but it looks like this is Joan's last year doing this. They are doing fine, UNfortunately, their dog died this week so Joan has had better weeks. John is still proud of the car .
Day 8!!! How’re you feeling?? Love that place, ohhh so sad to hear about their dog!
@@Off.Day.Adventures Feeling great. We had a blister but perservered around day 5. The final day was an easy walk into Bath and the hotel was great. Going to spend a couple of days in Oxford and London and then heading back to the states. Overall, the Cotswolds rocks just like it did for you all. Great luck on the new house.
Almost there guys. BTW, Remains of the Day is an excellent romantic drama film about unrequited suppressed British love, sensibilities, class, and customs based on a Booker Prize winning novel by a Japanese-born Nobel Laureate starring Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs) and Emma Thompson (Nanny McPhee). The film was a critical and box office success. I'm not normally into these kind of drama films (chick flicks) but highly recommend watching it not least because it's the only Emma Thompson film I can stand to watch. 🤫
The book's a darn good read - certainly a modern classic. The film is indeed excellent, with Hopkins and Thompson in very good form - and quite true to the book.
We're going to watch it!!! I've heard good things!
I read fairly recently that when he wrote the book he had never set foot in the UK! How true it is I can't say.
He is so dead pan! Love him- she is gorgeous- love her. Together they are one of my best finds on YT❤❤❤❤
I totally agree. I'm really going to miss them when this walk ends. I do hope they have other ideas for vlogs in the near future. I've watched every one on their home page.
AWWWWW this is so kind! Thank you for watching!
We need more time off from work - HAHA@@kennethfishwick4061
Saying “sorry” to the sheep for disturbing them….priceless. Also, Rach still gorgeous….true story.
Another great episode. Thanks, guys
So glad I found these guys
If you want to chillax, sitting and having a beer looking over the British Countryside is it.
I think that getting those cords caught on the gate and barbed wire fence is a metaphor for becoming hooked on the Cotswolds!😊
I had a good chuckle at that, especially when Rachel pretended she had fixed it.
Ahhhh I think you're right!!

It's been great to watch your little adventure, grey clouds and a bit of rain at last! It's been years since I last went down to the Cotswolds area, I'd forgotten how picturesque it is. Hope you make it to the end unscathed and look forward to seeing how you get on.
It's been so lovely! Thank you for watching!
Brilliant - a lovely couple . I hope some gallant soul buys you both a pint when you reach the finish .I've enjoyed your observations during the walk .Best wishes to you both in future adventures .

That house ! I think that you mentioned 'Remains of the Day. If so. Anthony Hopkins.? was in it. It's a really good period drama. Beautifully acted and quite moving. You'd enjoy it. I'm really enjoying the drama in your videos, It's better than watching TV. Cheers ! Sheffield South Yorkshire .

You Both have done well. I've enjoyed your walk/ hike through my Country.
Thank you for watching!
Really enjoyed this series, you've captured the beautiful scenery but also not sugar-coated the hard reality of long distance hiking, whilst managing to keep a sense of humour! You were crazy lucky/unlucky with the weather, the best spell of hot sunny days we had all year.
Thank you for watching! And agreed! The weather was incredibly kind to us ❤
June was hotter and lasted all month! Get your facts right.
Totally agree on walking through the pain. Very well done.
Hi Guys, great series.. to see you walking through fields and up hills that i walk regularly with my dog, has made me appreciate how lucky i am all over again...👏
Enjoyed your adventure from an English blokes perspective. It does help that Rach is gorgeous.
Thanks for watching! HA! I sure didn't feel gorgeous but thank you for saying so!
So enjoyable as usual, thanks.
Thank YOU!
Hahaha, i love what you guys think prices of houses are in the Cotswalds, wish you had looked in a Estate Agents window. But you may pass out if you guys knew how expencive this area is.

I've binged watched all of your episodes to date and enjoyed them so much. I feel like I was on the journey with you both. Is this the last episode? I haven't been able to find any after this one.
Looking forward to the last leg. Will there be a video on your couple of days in Bath?
Thanks for watching! You'll have to wait and see! ;)
Hooray !
Day eight, glad to see you have ditched the sawn off long johns, to a Brit they are very comical and we wouldn’t dare wear them even for a bet.
Awwww poor Ben had to hide his skin from the sun! 😂
Hope all your memories are good ones, except the blisters. Next time you’ll have to take on Lands End to John O Groats, it’s only 1000 miles some have done it for a Charitable causes. Take care both, live your dreams.🏴🇬🇧👍.
That slug in a T shirt was funny , watching it overtaking you 😂 👎😎
In your pans here would be your underwear
So English not always the same 🤭🤭🤭🤭
