Ulefone X7 here, Smashed it,soaked in into water and even swimming with it..my first purchased in june 2020 and now aug24 2022..man,my X7 still rocking like Metallica!!13mp camera, big battery (4000mAh perhaps, sorry I forgot),proud to have it,my wife is using Oukitel..forgot what model she bought them in 2021..still badass too,I think most of china phone is badass and hardass..do anything to them..they still better than okay!!try them urself..any model would do I guess..and now we've been thinking about purchase the new Ulefone..it feels good when your phone can drop more than 1000x you'll be proud, have some hehehe 😂
My 1st rugged was the Ulefone Armour 6E, 2 1/2 yrs on after giving it hell I passed it on to my daughter (she was running my old HTC M7 ONE, I had handed it her after 7 years of daily use, running android 4 and a battery that wouldn't last 1/2 a day it was time to put it to bed!) So the Armour 6E has been replaced with the Armour 12 5G, which is great but has a couple of pit falls, the larger/taller screen means it is a tight squeeze in the phone mounts in the car and on the bike, and the charge coils no longer align with those in the mounts :( couldn't go for a power armour because they were to thick to fit in the mounts.
I currently have and been using the Blackbview BV9900 pro for the past year. You've failed to mention it has thermal imaging. Its a great phone and one of the better phones I've owned. Featured at number six. How do you rate ohones if you've never used them?
my problem with modern smartphones is that it's a leisurely gaming and social media tracking device, and a communication and navigation/survival device second. i want a phone designed the other way around and to eliminate social media tracking and information sensitivity altogether. my phone will be designed to clip onto a belt or molle or maybe a lanyard or carabiner that can attach to multiple support systems. it can be held in the pocket as well, but wouldn't be for skinny jeans. my device will be thicker than traditional smartphones with a cover for the screen for protection. it will be completely waterproof up to a depth of 30 meters. it will have a smaller but wider screen optimized for wifi, gps, radio, etc and cutting out all the fat accumulated over the years through marketing and consumerism. this will also free up resources to optimize it to be the most efficient communication and satellite device. it will be designed to appeal to the edc market who may not see the smart phone, being ubiquitous as it is, as really a survival tool. i want to change that. the smart phone has been an innovative and life saving device. and life saving is the highest utility any device can hope to attain and it has achieved it. however how do we make the device focused for life saving, how do we change its image from being that of a kid's toy to go on instagram and tiktok with, and more towards what the phone was initially designed for, to get time sensitive messages across space rapidly. and with advent of gps and other forms of navigation aid, to offer independence and life saving reliability in all situations.
I've had their phone. Very little to no customer service. If your phone break for any reason. Do not expect them to fix it or it'll be easy to find anyone to fix it.
Will these phones which utilize GSM networks still work after 2022 as from my research are 3G based which is being phased out by the end of 2022? I'd love the 1st phone on the list but I'm not about to buy something that'll be obsolete in 6 months lol. Getting decent networks for these phones seems to be the only true hang up, I'd love to hear some input and opinions on this issue.

Waiting on the new SONIM this fall. My Sonim XP8 going on 4 years old and running like a champ. did buy a Unihertz and had lots of problems with text messages, like photos and not receiving text right away. try 4 different apps. switched back to my Sonim xp8 after three months of UNIHERTZ. I like the CAT62pro but they do not work with VERIZON. thanks for the quick top 10 run down.
I have a Sonim XP5s and it is the worst phone I ever owned. It is a dual SIM and the first SIM port failed after a year. I bought through Amazon and Sonim would not warranty because Amazon and their resellers are not a certified dealer. Then six months later the keypad started glitzing (multiple entries with one key press), which made calls, texting and entering my password a pain in the neck. Then it started locking up, so I had to remove the battery to restart and restore operation. Then a month ago, the second SIM port failed. So the phone is useless and only two years old.

A few weeks ago a bought an AGM Glory, because I want a phone that will withstand being dropped, or hit with a little water. I bought during Amazon Prime, and feel I got a great quality phone for less than $225. I don't think it's the Pro - I learned about that model after receiving mine. It's the 1st brand new phone I've ever had, and I like it a LOT!! On some other AGM related videos, a few people commented that they're trash. I think it's more likely they recieved a defective phone. If they didn't return to Amazon, or contact the manufacturer for a replacement (which I know may be a challenge), that is their fault. Personally, I'm happy with my phone. Considering, in the past, my phones had been slightly used Samsungs, I thought this may be vastly different. Sure, Samsung phones have some options that are native, but nothing I'm missing so far. I know people that say they cat afford to spend $1000 on a typical new smart phone. I can't either, and never will! Especially when there are quality unlocked phones available.

I bought the Umidigi and connected it to my desktop but cannot figure out how to transfer files. Computer cannot see the folders on the 256GB internal drive which renders it rather useless. Does anyone know how to transfer files from a desktop to this phone?
