I like the bacon but feel like you missed out on the fond by using bits already prepared. Other than that, top notch. Fresh clams! Fresh cream. Great proportions for the other ingredients and no flour. Not needed if you have cream. Wonderful.
Nothing like a Bowl of Great Clam Chowder. Using Fresh Clams if you can get them .. they are absolutely amazingly tender. I Really want this Right Now it's Breakfast time. LOL👍👍

If you stem clams for 10 minutes, you may as well try to eat the shells.

Awesome 👍 I'm a cook. I make best soup at my work for recovery treatment center. I make best soup and I love see how other make their soups. I have never made with fresh while clams like this. Yummy. I make it good with cans of clams and clam paste stuff. Oh my chowder is popular As well. I will copy your method chef. Thank you. You are great at showing how as well. That smells good I'm in Vancouver and I smell this

Nice demo & looks delicious, but the background noise is annoying.
We love clam chowder, however yours seems thin and runny. We want a thicker body soup.
I add a bit of Idaho instant potatoes to thicken but a well cooked rue also works.

This is for Texas. New England is not in this description. He actually says this is potato soup with clams for flavor.
Worst preparation ever. Too runny and you don’t put shells in there.
A couple clams with shells for garnish is elegant, fancy, and beautiful.
