@Sentry1114 you make a lecturn, then place a 15 page book on it, had it connected with redstone to a redstone comparator to a calibrated sculk sensor, the different pages of the book will allow for only specific sounds to be picked up, like a door or chest opening, or food being eaten

1 it hears itself close so it will open and close constantly. use a calibrated skulk sensor 2 you should add a pulse extender to it since you don't quite control the opening

You may want to make it a calibrated sculk sensor, so onyl specific sounds would activate it, so nothing random can reveal your base
