Jonas, your and your hitting partner's strokes are looking really solid these days. Kudos. Think I'll give the tour 98 a try. Also see you're trying out the 2 hander. Thoughts?
Thanks! I am playing around with the two-hander - one of my nerdisms is that I want to be able to hit any shot! 🤓
Awesome to see smaller brands making high quality raquets! I think wilson and head need to be better in thier quality checks. I would pay more for better spec ranges. Go Heysil!
Hi there Jonas. Do you think it would be possible to make a video showing us how to measure racquet specs with tools that one can buy at a hardwear store? Since where I live we don’t have access to those RDC machines and balance boards. Because I’m really interested in customizing racquets.
Kind regards
Hi Erick, will look into it!
Who cares about the racquet, what’s going on with that first court!!!!! Gorgeous
Yeah, it’s nice but a little bit windy
Will you be testing the Yonex EZONE 98 Tour?
Yes!
cant wait. ive ordered mine already
I'm not adverse to none mainstream brands, back using wilson now but used Megaage for a few years and still know a couple of folk still using their m2 frames.Has anyone tried out the Vermont frames, they seem reasonably priced, under £50 in the UK.
that's a nice court, nice view!
Based upon your review, I never knew that Heysil made some nice frames that are arm friendly. More manufacturers seem to be producing frames that are arm friendly these days. Definitely a good thing to prevent arm injuries for average recreational player.
Agree, nice to see this trend. Many choices
Hey Jonas, nice review. Good to see you zoom in on all areas of the market. You very probably will, but will you be making content on Wilson Pro Labs soon?
Yes I will - review not sure when but thoughts about it tomorrow
Can u do a a review on the new Wilson pro line such as the Blade pro, ultra pro in the new 16x19 and the new six one 95. I heard the blade and ultra are pretty much the stock H19 and H22.
is it foam inside grip handle? can you open the buttcap?
$250 a racquet here in Australia seems like a fair price.
So with Dunlop FX you liked the 100 but then with Heysel you liked the 98
Yes
Yonex will always reign supreme sorry to other brands
I agree ; Yonex pretty much does everything better except they could take advantage of marketing like Wilson does. Prince are getting better aswell
They do seem to be making their head-shape less and less isometric though. Eventually they will just have an oval shape like everyone else.
transamination all their player frames still have that distinct shape i mean tbf if they want their marketing to be based on innovation they need to keep their trademark shape, but other improvements could be nice as well. One note about them, while I love my vcore pro 97, the hoop is weirdly flexy.
Aritra Bera that’s interesting because I use the hd, and at 59 RA I expected a noodle. It feels firmer than that, but with all the ball feel 59 should give you.
3:35 ЧУВАК,ТЫ ТАК ИГРАТЬ И НЕ НАУЧИЛСЯ!?🤣🌺🤣
This racquet sounds clean as fuck! Reminds me of Stan’s 95D hammer, just meaty and crisp.
Meaty and crisp is the word!
I love your reviews but they can be much shorter. Watching you rally for ten minutes with no commentary is boring 🎾
You are right, working on including more info and less hitting
Hope you get a new wilson PS 95 6.1 to review. I like the new PJ but 250$ is a lot when tenniswarehouse just had the BLX 95 on clearance a lil while ago..
I hope so too!
Hit with the 100 tour and loved it, reminds me of the Gravity MP and Extreme tour. Very raw feeling and it’s not to stiff or too soft. Definitely getting a second.
Hi Jonas, im planing to get these, do you think the string is also good.??
Yeah, I liked the string
Hi Jonas. Was thinking of getting the 98 Tour whenever it comes back in stock. You said it’s similar to a Blade which peaked my interest. Does it swing easier than a Blade? I wonder because the blade can be a bit sluggish.
Nice video! Are you from Sweden?
Yes I am!
haha tennisnerd. first!
Nice review and good to see you offering exposure to non-mainstream brands.
Loving the striped shirt... Tacchini / Wilander / '88 ish?
on their site they say "other weights available", do you know how that works?
Is babolat vs touch and wilson sensation comfort a good hybrid
wow you seem to hit really well with this racquet. Does it play very differently from the Angell TC 97 18X20?
Not very, but crisper - the Angell feels a bit more solid perhaps. Good sticks, slightly different feel
How would you say the Angell tc 95 compares to the Angell tc 97?
How can we learn the technologies of the major brands that are bunk or false?
Working on more content about this
Thank you for these great Tennis videos and racquet reviews. 🤗
I'm searching for a replacement of my old Head Liquidmetal Radical racquet. I'm looking for a racquet with the same feel on Impact. The head size can be the same or a little bigger and the string patter could be 16*19 or 18*20 or something in between. The most important aspect for me is to get the same Feeling as the head LM. Can you give me any advice what racquet i could try out? Thank you in advance.
I've played with a head lm radical mp for a long time. I recently demoed a head graph360 prestige mp and decided to buy one. The head light makes my serves so much easier, powerful and precise than with the lm, and the groundstrokes are pretty enjoyable. Best of luck on your racket search.
300g for a 22mm beam racquet is waaaaay too light.
Not far off Gravity Tour and MP specs, thought it worked well (mine was 305 though)
Sorry but plus/minus 5 grams is not good by any means
That is from the factory, the end user gets it within 1 gram
their website wont even load
Your 2HBH looks pretty solid, Jonas. How do you like it vs your 1HBH?
I don’t like any of my strokes :) the one-hander and slice is the go-to but I like to be able to hit any shot. Makes tennis more fun! Some shots and situations are better with two hands for sure
they even don't have full specification for the racket. it costs $250. who is going to buy a non-branded racket priced higher than big brands. I agree with that a lot of brands claim they have new technology, but nothing has been changed except cosmetic.
It is AUD not USD
@@Tennisnerd still too expensive. 250/1.4=178 US dollar.
looks like the price went up 60 euros since your review lol
I checked and it looks like the same price, the Tour 98 is out of stock though...
Do you prefer these or the Diadems you tried?
I'd be curious to know how it compares to the Diadems as well...
I prefer the Tour 98 over the Elevate 98 and the FS Nova over the Heysil 100. The foam filling can make the racquet solid but sluggish...
Where is that singles Court located?
St Julians, Malta
Can you get one in the US?
Yes, they ship to the US
When did you switch to a two hander?
Just playing around
Tennisnerd looked pretty solid.
