@18:36 as a german i noticed the white "Every" has a sign, that says: Haus Meister (Facility Manager)!! Is that german Word common in Japan??

Hey, thanks always! That particular word may not be commonly used, but in general, we have dozens (or hundreds!) of German words that we use daily. For example, "Arubaito (Arbeit)" means "a part-time worker" or "working part-time" in Japanese. "Baito" is the shortened form of "Arubaito".
I've heard that the original German word has a broader meaning, but this word evolved uniquely in Japan. Most Japanese do not know the origin of the loaned word Baito/Arubaito, but use it every day.
