Good luck! Don't give up! I'm from Brazil and here is hard to get a job in the programming industry as well... maybe i'll start a project too! Subscribed
Good luck! Doing game jams on itchio is a good place to learn and make a bunch of small crappy games while making your big project. Plus you get used to getting real feedback.
I am following your journey. I am starting about to start own devlog and pretty much at a similar situation in game dev. However, I am financially stable and have enough cashflows for life (it seems as of now). I wouldn't recommend game dev. to anyone who doesn't have a support system in place to pursue this dream in 2025.
I am also beginner game dev and i could help you in making games a lil bit . I have made a 2d game and working on a 3d game if you need to learn something i could help.
@@Hiihowisitgoing yeah, it depends on what you like more, if we take a moment to think you can make a game be the same no matter the game engine you use, anyone can choose what they like the most
@@MonkeyMountainOfficial yea fully agree here at the end of the day it is just a tool the one engine is better then the other one undertale is made in gamemaker bc that worked the best for the game
