This can be quite unhealthy. Anger is an important emotion.

@Alsreal It is not healthy to act when you feel angry, but when you feel angry, it is a sign that something is not right, it is an important component of a sense of justice. If you get bullied and have anger, the anger is warning you that what you're being treated to isn't right. It's up to you to identify this, hold back the anger and calmly act so that it doesn't happen again.

@Alsreal The idea of ignoring your self for emptiness works when you are totally wrong, but in toxic environment, dysfunctional people who distort your healthy behavior will only make you sick in the long run, adopting a false idea that everything will be fine if you follow through. this Buddhist idea.

It still didn't answer the question. So if someone is bullying you, you should not react or feel any type of way, because you have no control over what other people do?
Or any other situation where someone is trying to provoke you. What do you do then? Because any action towards the aggression will be the reaction of anger.

You never have any control over what people do. If someone’s trying to bully you it’s normal to get angry I guess.
But when you say ‘any action will be the reaction of anger’ that’s not true.
Some people can stand up for themselves without getting aggressive. To take correct action and be assertive doesn’t necessarily need anger. This is what martial arts was originally based on.
I know this is all easier said than done, but has anger ever worked in your favour.

This is way too simplistic. Angry people are often angry because depression, stress, vitamin deficiency, physical pain and sickness.

Yes, if someone treats you badly, they will feel anger, it is an important component of the sense of justice. It's pretty generic Buddhist ideas, if you're in a toxic environment, ignoring and following this idea will make you sicker and more depressed.
