Used to race at Orlando Speed World in the late 80's, owned six three wheelers at one time and was heartbroken when they banned the sale here in the US. That being said, they were safer than drinking and driving and cigarettes. Politics suck!
Having fun is great. But I have seen racers race these in the 80's, and they were fast, clearing anything a bike can on a MX track, and cornering with roost flying everywhere.
@kevintodd8195 absolutely. What you see in this video are riders who have no idea what you can really do on a three wheeler. Every single jump in this video could've easily been cleared if they'd just sent it. The speed and power of a 2 stroke is in its mid - to - top end. They're keeping their rpms too low. Definitely look afraid to really rip into it. Problem is these riders are likely accustomed to 4 strokes which are low rpm torque machines.
I’ve been riding threewheelers now for about 3 years. Never been to any official races but I’ve rode a lot of home brew tracks and races with friends(who are on quads) I’m 17 and I’ve been riding bikes longer than I can remember but I’m still a little fresh on a trike. To me it seems like they aren’t going as fast as they could. Some of those jumps could easily be cleared but nobody ever does. Why?
In their defense, a lot of them seemed to be bottoming on the smallest of jumps...because they’re cheap and/or retarded and didn’t have their suspension rebuilt/revalved before try to race MX. Lol
I raced MX in the 80's and 90's, and have seen guys flat out flying on 3-wheelers on tracks that make this one look simple, (jumping everything the bikes were jumping). The reason is, these guys don't ride very well, and probably had to work on Monday. :) It is a cool vid though. Nice to see guys having fun on 3-wheelers again.
This is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen in a while. Three wheelers were invented to give people the sensation of riding a motorcycle without them having to do the work to actually learn how to ride one.
The only thing I don't like about this video is the music. I wish all motorsports videos didn't include it. I want to hear the engines! Other than that great vid!
Make America 2 stroke again lol got to love those little three wheelers

preach it brother
Awesome to see a new production video of these 3whlrs. Only complaint (no tecate 250) on that track. But great job anyway.

are you serious, competing w/ a two stroke?

Seems to be an ideal platform for an amphibious powered hang-glider trike. Need hull and some aerodynamics thingies.
Never got to own one but rode one. Had some insane quads but I may get one of the new ones.
Nice casual ride
Loose the music and crank the two stroke sounds. Here to see ATC racing. Not your editing or taste in music
Joe Friedl thanks for the recommendation. Here’s one for ya stick to filming tomato plants.
CK Films #1 yup, that’s why you have 80 subs. 😘

Oh, by the way. The jumps were not as big as they are today, but somebody will jump them on a 3-wheeler anyway. :)
There really slow
Bet those wide axles must get bent or break all the time, don't they?
I've dropped them from 10' and never bent one. They are surface hardened, but flexible.
Looks like practice
What's the song called that starts around 4:00
Billy Clayton was the fastest

Song ruins video...
I just got one, I wanna learn how to ride it safely
It's easy
Awesome video well done love seeing trikes racing. I think your editing and music, along with slow motion is fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Much love from Mike and Olena in Texas 💪💪
Why is there just a random confederate flag …
Because the flag means freedom and a rebel spirit to many millions of people, and your woke BS won't stop that.
@@TheInsultInvestor that is a confederate war flag sir. Know your history
@@TheInsultInvestor it means backwards hicks wanted to own people, and that they're proud treasonists and losers.
