Medical students are often confused by the wide range of vegetations that can occur on cardiac valves. This video will cover these various vegetations as well as their clinical relevance. Included in this video are infectious endocarditis, Libman Sacks endocarditis, nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis and the verrucae of rheumatic heart disease.
