I have a question... they are cut and bagged while still really hot, doesn't it get really soggy if you do it that way? I think every castella video I see are made that way, can anyone tell me? thanks :)

어쩌겠어요~그냥 안보공먹어야죠^^
원래 케이크 시트같은 카스테라 류에는 버터말고 식용유가 많이 들어갑니다. 더 싸고 나쁘고가 아니라 촉촉함, 식감, 빵의 노화같은 부분때문에 쓰이니 나쁜 건 아니예요^^
