Hi i joined as sps associate but after completing 1month training and assessment they terminated me because in after training assessment i have scored 79% and the criteria was80% it is really very disappointed..
@@avengerftw6122 it was training period so trainer used to give modules for study and after finishing the module he use to solve the difficulties and if we have any queries. After finishing the one month training assessment was their and we have to score minimum 80% then and then only you will be qualified for next training. If not cleared then they will terminate you..

Hi i joined as sps associate but after completing 1month training and assessment they terminated me because in after training assessment i have scored 79% and the criteria was80% it is really very disappointed..

@@avengerftw6122 it was training period so trainer used to give modules for study and after finishing the module he use to solve the difficulties and if we have any queries. After finishing the one month training assessment was their and we have to score minimum 80% then and then only you will be qualified for next training. If not cleared then they will terminate you..

Even i have to give. And if I fail. I'll be given one more chance to qualify.
