HFY is a story/series that takes a “human element” in either humanity or an “other” (race/species or object) that exists in a “setting” (future or other world/universe) with varying levels of culture, technology, society and history that help show in some shape or form the potential good or bad for humanity’s race/culture. In These stories Humans are often referred to as Human, Humanity, Deathworlder, Hellwolder in reference to the human planet of origin , Earth. This planet is seen by most of the universe as a place where only death and chaos can survive.

Humans Are Space Orcs (HASO) or Humans Are (Fantasy Race) Are used as a guide when writing.
In these Stories we normally View humans like the other races view orcs in a Fantasy Novel. We (Humans) share the same characteristics and personalities as orcs. Humans are normally treated as the outsiders and barbarians. Humans tend to be underestimated as well in these stories. Unlike Humanity Feck Yea , these don't always put a positive spin on humans\humanity sometimes looking at the darker side of human and humanity from the perspective of aliens.

yeah, it's a surprise to see an person/author use the phrase correctly. I hear so many people using the short version to mean the exact opposite.
@@Mojo_3.14Many phrases like that are often intentionally misquoted to drive that point home. Like "Curiosity killed the cat," the ending to that is "but Satisfaction Brought it back." It means not knowing something can cause anxiety, which can kill you, but learning about it can lessen anxiety.
Or "Great minds think alike!" Which also ends with "But fools rarely differ." Which is an admonition against group think.

The worst has got to be "a few bad apples". Frequently used to downplay a problem as only an atypical occurrence tied to a few individuals rather than a systemic issue.
But the saying is "a few bad apples spoil the bunch". Meaning if you don't immediately address such problems the rot will rapidly spread and corrupt the entire system.

Rabbits are actually nasty creatures. I liked that bit of hesitation at the start when the alien bunny asked about it.

YES! Remastered stories are the best Agro, some of the most touching or epic ones are lost in the 700-900 videos and desperately need the RE treatment.

Reminds me of when I was in elementary school and my 3rd grade teacher would read a book to us every day before lunch for a half hour, the whole class loved to listen about a spider named Charlotte, this story was just as grand!

When she thinks about this small town for some reason I am thinking of the small town from the very old classic western Shane.
Peaceful until it isn't.
Or possibly any small town in a western with cattlenen and farmers fighting for control of the land.
Ok the first part is a fight from a saloon, by the deputies.
Make sure you rest when needed, don't overdo it.
Well dang I was wrong this is a small town, but no cattleman vs farmers at all.
Just bounty hunters pissing off the locals, and killing the town doctor.
That doomed them totally.

The perfect follow-up to this story would be her brother sending a few warships to protect the colony that protected his sister.
I’m guessing the main reason why they are looking for her is because her brother is dead and she is next in line
She is not next in line she is way down the list but either way need to send note to the author that we need a part 2
Soon as I saw there was a reward for her, I knew some idiots were gonna find out why you don't mess with humans, especially in a frontier colony...
Well, the author needs to make at least 3 more chapters, but the more, the better.
I know this is a re recording of an old story but I wish it had a part 2 or even be a 3 part story. Part 2 where she grows with the town and gets tough as nails. Then a Part 3 where she is old and near retirement age and gets to laugh at the New xeno doctor she is training as a replacement.

Sadly how did they not know she took medical training? If you need to disappear. You have to dump everything you normally do. I was hired to find a few people, equipment by the government. Often it was ridiculously easy. Long before the internet. One tractor I traced thru 4 owners over 12 years. After another had given up.

Sqirel...dude if you need time take it rather wait for your health, than get awesome narrations practicly daily atm..., not to seem ride but the rings ynder your eyes worry me.
Great storytelling, only problem was the slow talk on the first xeno bounty hunter and the sempering you did when bun bun was talking after doc died.
Don't drag the talk like that during the drama and don't whimper like that.

It's called characterization and voice acting.
You know i disagree.. IF you have a good family, nothing should suppercede it or replace it. To me covenant means religion and religion shoukd never be more important them family.. and you shoukd have said No ehen you were instructed to sacrifice your son. Work.. military org.. also should never be more valued them family.
