KRONE RX for efficient forage harvesting - Hubertushof Irmtraut

High activity at Hubertushof in Irmtraut: Around the dairy farm in the Westerwald region, the third cut is being harvested from the fields. In order to harvest as flexibly as possible, farmer Tobias Endres relies on his own equipment. In use are a loading wagon from Krone's new RX series as well as an older loading wagon from the MX series.
The farm has a total area of 260 hectares. It is managed in the third generation by Tobias Endres and his wife Carolin Endres. The majority consists of around 180 hectares of grassland. Additionally, there are approximately 40 hectares each of maize and cereals. Both are used exclusively as supplements to the grass feed. The farm refrains from using feed additives such as soybean meal. To still provide high-quality protein feed for the cows, the couple utilizes by-products from local rapeseed oil production, sugar beet pulp, and their own grain.
