I have never donated to a political campaign before now. Money is very tight for me, as I am disabled. I felt like I needed to donate to Kamila. I believe that Trump is a danger to our country, so in spite of my very limited means, I made a donation. Its time for a capable woman President.

NJ. The 20 year old waitress told me proudly that she just registered to vote for Kamala.

85 percent of our news comes from corporate owned media and they would support Mickey Mouse for President in order to avoid paying fair tax.
The "end in sight" will only begin to become evident when the president restores a new 21st Century Fairness Doctrine and it will need to apply to any news that can be heard by anyone anywhere in the US. That's necessary because of the truth in reporting not being heard by a public that must hear it so they can be informed about current events that will have effects on their way of life.
As I see it a lot of people are biased because they have heard only the half of the truth from the owners of the particular news agencies that have a vested interest in delivering the news that will benefit their kind of conservative ideals upon their vulnerable listening audience and the hell with the liberal side of the report.
Strong economy and economic gains for minorities under Trump. But who needs that?
I'm an older "boomer", and I worked DP for Obama's campaign in '12, and now, I'm happy to donate $$ to Kamala, and get my grandaughters registered and excited to vote for the first time in their lives, and to make that first vote of theirs for the first woman POTUS in history. Could not be more proud of them, and if the people choose Kamala, I'll finally have hope for our nation and its future again. THAT's exactly what Kamala is doing all over the nation.

Edit: thank you all for the positive feedback - I was lucky to have a wonderful and patient feminist in my life, and she never gave up on me in spite of the garbage I was participating in and absorbing. The past couple years have been full of reflection on who I had become and how many people I removed from my life so I could support a regime that had me afraid every day that a mob was going to come and kill me for believing MAGA. Cognitive dissonance is what fuels their perspectives and holds the people within mentally imprisoned. There's a lot of the electorate who doesn't want kids or can't have kids. There's no reason it can't be an advantage. Speaking to and for under-represented populations can have surprising results.

I like it as an idea but it's WAY too vague. A big part of what made Bernie Sanders so compelling is that he had very specific policy that was easily understood. If he says "Medicare for all" everyone knows what that means and everyone can easily see how it would benefit them.

Someone needs to inform JD Vance that people without children ALREADY PAY MORE TAXES. We get no child tax credits, no subsidies for child care, no housing or food assistance (WIC), and no tax deductions. In addition, 65% of our property taxes go directly to the local public school district so we are paying to educate our neighbors' children even though we have none. That gives me the right to have a say in how children in my neighborhood are educated. Unless you want to refund my money...

From a European perspective, or from that of a German, I can say that the political situation in America is of great interest to us and affects us greatly. In recent months I have sensed a mood of despair, sadness and frustration, because one had the feeling that the candidate, who is obviously a person of highly questionable character and who is not believed to have good plans for America and the world, is gaining more and more power and weight in the public perception, and the candidate who is considered to be of integrity, reasonable and trustworthy is gradually becoming weaker and weaker. And now this: a turnaround like a storm, an earthquake, an unleashing of epic proportions. Here comes this wonderful woman, like a phoenix from the ashes, outshining everything. And you rub your eyes and think, can this be true? Will someone pinch me? I think I'm dreaming! And now America is waking up and rising like a sleeping giant and starting to remember what democracy is, how important it is and what role each individual can play for it. And now I have the impression that everyone wants to be part of it! Everyone wants to take part and everyone wants to go down this good and right path! It seems as if America has to free itself from the WAGA clutches. And it seems as if it is succeeding! And that makes me so happy! America is such a wonderful country and the Americans are such a fantastic people! I am absolutely certain that the upcoming election will have a good outcome and will have historic significance for the development of the world. Quite honestly! You can't put that high enough. A week ago I was going to leave the US President slot blank on my ballot, now I'm excited to vote for Kamala Harris for US President. I hope young adults who suddenly decided they will vote after all, are not having their voter registrations cancelled if they sat out the last election.
Great point! I'm registering voters in Texas. We can help people get back on the voter registration rolls, or they can go to the secretary of state's website to request a new registration card. Search for "Am I registered to vote?" Thank you for pointing this out
