Let’s stop the narrative that we don’t know where we come from. We are from America, PERIODT. That is enough. Just bc a person is born on the continent doesn’t mean they know where their families were 200+ years ago. They simply don’t know. At All. Be proud of your Black American heritage/culture. We aren’t bastards, akatas, obruni. Smh 🤦🏽♀️ It is blasphemous to speak ill on our families and ancestors especially how hard they suffered. We are our own ethnicity. Everyone keeps repeating the same lie. Our history is well documented, even more than the 1000’s of tribes on the continent. We have our own culture, music, history, language, customs, religion, traditions, food, celebrations. We are the vanguard. You sir, need to tap into your power. Stand up, and show other Black men/boys to be confident and proud of all of what we’ve done in the world. One love! 💕
