I hope everyone realizes how big of a star Marcus was here in the USA. Not just because of his talent, but his personality as well. One of my favs. Hope he's doing well
Just outta curiosity mate, was he truly respected in the nascar field? or was he a foreigner who just got a break regardless of his work ethic? Richard Pettty ,Wood brothers definitely saw something , that alone speaks volumes. Ha, that race race robbie took him out, Watkins glen, i was screaming at the TV bout 5.30am beforei had to work.😂. Few laps to go......🤬 Was great. Nascar was awesome with him in it.
@@adamkievit2427 cool mate. You'd have never known that here. Was tricky to catch races with the time difference & work getting in the way. Glad he got the accolades he deserved 👍🇦🇺🍻
@@s.roberts3839I was always super impressed by his talent, he was super fun to watch run laps Watkins Glen.... and the fact he did it all in 2nd tier equipment, made it even more impressive. If he was in top equipment I'm sure he'd have a few more wins
He retired in the first year of NASCAR'S win and your in era. And with the push for road courses in recent years i often find myself wondering how well Ambrose and Robby Gordon would have done in todays nascar. JPM too. All three were fun to watch
there have been many drivers of different nationalities in Nascar . and ambrose was not the first Aussie to drive in Nascar , their have been a few , Dick Johnson did a couple pf nascar races many years ago .
Robby Gordon is hilarious. Marcus who? lol. MA was a nice guy, but it's funny hearing Aussies pretend like he was some amazing Nascar driver when he couldn't win on a round track to save his life.
*Vegemite. Really hot toast with melted butter & nicely spread Vegemite can't be beaten. Then Vegemite & cheese under the griller. Put it on your toast then top it with scrambled eggs & bacon. 😋

Marcus Ambrose was a beast!!
It was a big loss for NASCAR when he left…
The US fans have loved Ambrose since day 1
Yes we have!!!!
Loved watching him in nascar over the years. I miss those days. He really did make us proud. We need another Aussie in nascar!!!

I always enjoyed Marcos, he was an animal on road courses.
Thank you so much.
Have a nice weekend
Thank you, Amelia
He was a gun on the Nascar Road courses.
Welcome to the big leagues 😊
He's ours now 😂

Doubt he'd ever run full time, but he's running the street course in Chicago this weekend
Homestead Miami Speedway
Was he driving a rental car around his home track? That SUV had New Jersey plates.

Naration said it is the fastest sport on 4 wheels....wrong, F1 is faster.
And drag car's are even faster!
