This moment 25:19 Episode 19 WU BI breaking down in tears because of all what SU YU went thru trying to find the truth about his mother death is the most moving scene in a BL production in 2023 for sure. Those moving broken words: 如果我知道 是用这种代价换取真相 我宁愿不要 - Rúguǒ wǒ zhīdào Shì yòng zhè zhǒng dàijià huànqǔ zhēnxiàng Wǒ nìngyuàn bùyào. "IF I knew finding out the truth would be at such high cost (meaning SU YU's health and safety)... I would rather never find out anything at all". 🥺 😢 😭😭 Is there a higher proof of true love possible for both of them...? SU YU is risking his life to uncover the truth and that way help WU BI solve that knot inside his heart in order to be happy in the future... and WU BI would rather keep SU YU safe and healthy than seeing him suffering so much because of him. For me this is already the best BL Series in 2023 for sure, and one of the best ever made.
