I do agree with the majority of people saying that things seem off and foul on this video and that their excuse for why they slurred him so much. I mean why would a gay guy sexually assault Yolandi on a toilet anyways? And regardless, it hit me hard to see this, as I thought their music was quite unique in a weird but refreshing way and I am indeed gay so this kinda bothered me. In their statement they lied, they say he really assaulted Yolandi, but he didn't this video proves it, it has so many discrepancies. Regardless if it was even a true assault, Yolandi was laughing, she didn't seem upset at all, they should have reported it to the police as well. They also pretend like DJ Hitek is gay, but they have different DJ HIteks so which one is it? Also they act as if this excuses homophobic slurs, did it excuse them calling Andrew Wang a "Weird Oriental Fairy!"? It's all fucking excuses for bad behavior.

I guess it sells better when 'delicate little Yo-Landi' plays the victim. In my 'Yolandi | I Attack Female Artist I'm Super Jealous Of' it was Bat for Lashes. She was warming up by singing in preparation for her show when 'delicate little Yo-Landi' aggressively ridiculed her publicly.
