A month after this video I went through a Spiritual Awakening. That's when my journey began. 2 months later the Holy Spirit directed me to the Bible. When I opened it up, it was to the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. My direction as a Healer was validated...however, in my naive understanding, I stuck with the New Age movement thinking it was "harmless". I've called it my spiritual journey because deep down I knew I wanted to look into all the religions to be sure for my own sake. Thank God that I was being watched over and protected by the Holy Spirit. About a week ago, I finally reached the end of my journey. It came full circle. God and the Holy Spirit directed me to the Son, Jesus Christ. What validated this was me finally asking Jesus for a sign. Well, that night when I went to sleep, I was choked by a demon that did not like my direction. That pretty much solidified who I had been communicating with, dabbling in the New Age cult. I immediately yelled out to Jesus Christ 3 times. That darker than dark entity squeezed tighter before releasing me. When I came to, instead of being terrified I was relieved and at peace because I knew from my heart and soul that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and my Lord and Savior. :)

I hear about it all the time! It also happened to me! When I received christ, all of a sudden I felt like there were demons around me and I was being followed and it lasted for like a month or two and I was terrified all the time ! After so much praying it finally left but one the other night, I had a nightmare that seemed so real. I was asleep and in the same exact spot and something was pulling me off the bed and I was terrified and I knew I couldn’t get off the bed and I started to yell out Jesus but it was sooo hard and it took every ounce of power from me and the words were so slow! Finally after the third time I called His name Jesus , I woke up! I was Mormon all my life and Satan is NOT happy I came to find the TRUE God!!! Thank the lord forever and ever !
@@Johanna-qf1yx The work of Satan and those demons are so subtle and devious that it's scary! Thank God for the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. There's a reason why people say...Jesus Christ is my Lord and personal SAVIOR. It finally makes sense. Thanks for adding your story! :)

When I was a little girl my grandma told me never to mess with any occult teachings. She was a believer but had spent a number of years messing around with seances and trying to talk to spirits/angels. One day when my grandpa went to work she was locked in her bathroom and beaten up by a spirit/demon/something that she never saw. After that she told me she was done with anything but her Bible and Jesus and told me about all of this in hopes that I would never take that path. There have been times in the past where I have been tempted because I love to read and thought, “oh it won’t hurt to just read this book about astral travel or communicating with the dead” and then I’m like nope, no, no, no, I do not want to invite evil into my life. Now, Jesus is my all. He communicates with me through my prayers and the scriptures and I only feel the pull to have his presence in my life. Don’t let all of this “fascinating” new age stuff tempt you. It is a one way ticket to hell.

Honestly I was about to give up on my friend, but this is a reminder that Jesus needs His warriors to fight the battles our friends on their own couldn't fight.
Many years ago a friend of mine went to see a phychic/medium and was beyond happy with her results. When she was telling me about it she kept going on about it and how good she was and how I should go. I didn't want to go and flat out said no as I am very religious and feel a deep connection with Jesus and the viirgin Mary and have always thought phychis were the works of Satan. She kept on insisting I go and so I gave in and decided to go but not to hear about one possible future she would sell me, I just wasn't interested but I shamefully grew curious as what the physic would be like. I booked an appointment and the day came around and I rocked up outside her house and actually thought to myself "what am I doing here" I rang the door bell and no body would come answer the door. So I rang it again and nothing, I can say that I was at the door for the longest 5 mins, the door partially opened and this tiny older looking woman stuck half her head out peered at me and said "she won't be too long". I assumed she was the physics mother but I can't be sure, she had seemed scared but could have been my imagination. I kid you not I waited another 10 mins outside so I assumed she may have been with another appointment and was running late. When she finally opened the door there was nobody else just the psychic in panic mode throwing her arms about. she didn't even say hello, she blurts out I can't read you! I am getting nothing, I don't know what to tell you. I'm standing there and she goes "do you still want me to try?" I can't even explain it but she looked petrified. I walked towards her and said
" well I'm here now so yes" The appointment was meant for an hour after 5 mins I'd had enough. My presence made her so stressed I could feel she was dying to get me out of the house. It was actually painful to watch her go through with trying to figure out even one thing. She knew nothing not one single thing nothing! and it was killing her. When I finally said I'm leaving after 30 mins she was as fast as speedy Gonzalas to get me out of there. I know God was shielding me from her and I know she felt Gods presence hens her discomfort. Driving home I was so overwhelmed with emotions I was crying uncontrollably begging for forgiveness for going to see a phychic. Never will I ever do that again. God is the Alfa and Omega.
God did that because he loves you so much! I have a similar story: l met this preacher who was trying to convince me that homosexuality is in the Bible and is ok with God. One day after church he told me there was going to be a conference about this subject in a village called Estes Park, Colorado. It was quite a ride from Denver...maybe 45 minutes. Anyway we got there and the place was so beautiful. The long story short, we went EVERYWHERE and could not find that conference! God made the meeting invisible and there was not even a schedule with it on it at the convention bureau of Estes Park! We ended up coming back down to Denver and the preacher was truly perplexed. A few months later, at 7:30 one morning l had a horrible dream that a gigantic bug with horns of a steer came and bit that preacher on his neck. I told him about it and he got mad because l didn't stop it from happening. I told him it was just a dream. Anyway, a few weeks later he found out he had a "virus". Before the year 2000 was out he was dead from AIDS and only 50 years old. I believe God did not want me at that conference because, who knows what could have happened after l was told blatant lies? 🤔

Ashaki I get what your saying though. Jesus said who is my mother, who is my father but those who follow me. I’m not saying Mary didn’t ( idk what she did) but the Bible never said to honor her, those are man made traditions.

To everyone who is a believer here, let’s be that stranger on the bench EVERYDAY for someone. We pass people everyday who are suffering but appear to “have it all together”. But God is saying, “Go. Tell people I love them and I sent my Son to make them free”. Jesus called us “the light of the world. Let’s go “be” who we are.

Beautiful testimony, thank you! I was in the New Age for 36 years, until 2 years ago when I picked up and read the bible for the first time in my life (VERY reluctantly, of course!). Now, I shudder to realize what I was doing with "spirit guides" for 36 years!

This really hits me at home. Her testimony is so similar to my own searching for God and getting caught up in new age spirituality only to eventually come to the truth by being led to read the Bible and ultimately encountering gods love. Was baptized and never been the same.praise almighty God in the name of JESUS!!! It shows that God never changes. Have faith, trust god. All the glory to him ✝🙌💜
I tried new age, meditating, did absolutely nothing for me. I think because I always believed in Jesus, I was protected.
There is God, the Bible and Jesus, that's it!

God showed his proof through this creation he made the trees, the mountains, the ocean, and all of this creation. Think about it we no nothing comes from nothing that is impossible. Humans and animals must breed in order to be here. All plants come from a seed. All non living materials we have came from the ground or a plant or something on this earth. The point is this is proof that nothing can come from nothing. The big bang explains nothing. If this were true random events like this would happen all the time. God is real he made all of this.

The was a beautiful testimony. You know, I listen to a lot of testimonies, and they all have one thing in common. All of them have an encounter with the Love of Jesus. I'm of the opinion that we don't have to be great preachers or evangelists to reach people for Jesus. We just need to introduce people to the One who loves them more than anyone else ever has or ever could. Just think of it. When was the last time you heard of a King giving his life for one of his lowly servants just because he loved them? That's what Jesus did. I love Him so much. May God anoint this testimony so it would reach the hearts of many people, so they might turn to His son and find not only forgiveness, but acceptance into His family by the adoption of His blood. No longer enemies of God, but His children.

Gregory Koukl, author of Tactics, when interviewed by Doreen Virtue and Melissa Dougherty, mentioned he wasn't strong on evangelism, but he was a great gardener. He said that there was a big "harvest" movement back in the 70s, but he didn't seem to fit. Now using his tactics, founded on Scripture, he tends his garden and finds that many people who end up Christians contact him and tell him about the contact they had with his work. Or as he puts it, spent time in his garden. The Word of God is the seed we plant. So, as really good farmers, we want to ask God to help us prepare the soil before we even plant the seed. Check out Mark 4.

For a long time, I bought into the (very common) teaching that when we die we go immediately to heaven or hell. After reading scripture for myself, I found that this pattern just was not scripturally supported, or was weakly supported at best. As a teen I wandered into the occult and the "Spirit Guides" teaching and researched online and bought books to learn how to communicate with other wordly beings. I also made contact with what I thought were angelic guides. Then, the nightmares began. I began to suffer sleep paralysis, which at the only time I only knew that older relatives would call it "the hag". I would wake up with scratches across my back and inner thigh beneath my pajamas that sometimes bled.
I cannot stress enough to anyone, that our deceased loved ones are resting in the grave. They cannot be reached through mediums, psychics, or by using their methods. They are awaiting the resurrection like the rest of us
There are real predatory beings that are all too happy to make you believe you are contacting angels or loved ones. They know the voice and image of your loved ones because they watch us and see us. It is all too easy for them to steal their identity and prey upon our ignorance, pain, and desperation.
At best psychics are lying and at worst they are communing with predatory spirits. Cast your cares upon the Lord who promises to wipe every tear from your eyes. He does give peace that surpasses understanding.
Well actually our spirit does go straight to heaven or hell after we pass “to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord” 2nd Corinthians but our body of course does rest because it literally died lol but yes our soul does reside in either afterwards but our spirit does not even pay attention to the physical world.
I had my own awakening a few weeks ago - dream of Jesus coming to me from the sky w arms open wide and his face was two hands folded in prayer and as I looked closer , those 2 hands were actually made up of a whole bunch of smaller hands - it was beautiful and I have been working on my relationship w him ever since - praise God - he is reaching out to so many of us right now - big things are coming - the great awakening has begun - put on the full armor of God and pray for the light and love of Jesus to raise up our hearts and hands and welcome him
my ex-girlfriend was in the new age...and people like Sylvia Browne...and I had another friend who were with into that,and Angel cards.she stayed with me for a while and I told her you can't do your angel cards here.and she didn't understand what I meant.but put it this way I'm not the greatest Christian in the world.but I do believe in Jesus.and the new age stuff could look good,it seemed kind of positive,andit seemed kind of loving...but it's also can be a secret door into the occult..and can be deceptive also.pray for my ex-girlfriend and now she's a Christian.God bless

My Brother (Who's now a preacher) was literally stalked by a woman involved with spiritualism. She caused him a lot of problems, and yes she had emotional and mental issues, but she believed she was being prompted by "dead people" to give him messages. The demonic have many faces for sure.
New age tried to get me also through “Gaia”. I still constantly get adds for it after I have rebuked it in the name of Jesus. I now laugh at Satan when I see the adds. There is POWER in the NAME OF JESUS!
I grew up in a religious family. For years after high school I tried to forget about Jesus. He did not forget about me. It took a while, but He, over time, let me know He was there. I am now a born again Christian. He was there all along.

What a lot of people are getting wrong is that yes YOU DO GO STRAIGHT TO HEAVEN OR HELL OVER DEATH, BUT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE EARTH OR PHYISCAL WORLD

You know what's funny? I always was a Christian... Born and raised. But no one in my family ever told me about Tarot cards or what they were. So I started diving into astrology, thinking it was harmless and then one day a tarot video popped up on my recommended list and I clicked it. The reading was so on point and I was hooked for more. Deep down I kind of felt like it was wrong because I realized she was fortune telling but I kept diving deeper and deeper. Eventually I created my own YT channel and even gave readings on forums. It wasn't until this year in March that God delivered me from it. I suffered several spiritual attacks and I just knew deep down that everything was wrong. Thankfully God sent my mom a gracious man of God and he helped to further deliver me from it all. God is good. :))

I am a Catholic and actually do volunteer work with a Catholic priest who is an Exorcist. There is one prayer that is the most powerful against evil, it is the Rosary (scripture prayer where you contemplate the life of Jesus). Dear Julie, your wonderful Testimony is an inspiration to me. I was saved when l was 22 years old. I still remember how it felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. I spent ten years not going to church or reading God's Word after that. In 1985, at 33 l hit rock bottom as far as my life was concerned. I started begging God not to give up on me one minute, then thinking suicide the next. Praise the Lord, it's been 34 years since then. I have studied His Word everyday since. What love He has for us. @@kathleenryan2280 My heart goes out to you, if you are saved (Born Again Spiritually) the Holy Spirit will guide you back to Him. Please read John 17:1-26. If you are not saved, please read Romans 10:9-13. I had to see myself and my sins as God did. As a mother, l did the unthinkable, l chose the father over my unborn baby. The memories of my baby turning and turning for fifteen minutes between the two procedures still hurts me. Two years later in 1979, l carried my last child in a displaced position due to the damage to my uterus. I would have carried him in my big toe before l would ever have another abortion. I have really bad hip and leg pain now. My muscles are weak so l have to be careful not to fall. I've broke both arms at the same time in 2006. God is real, and if He forgave me, He will forgive anyone.

Lorie L. If there was someone in Long Island with the same compassion and fortitude as St. Paul who could confront her and take that evil spirit way from her in the Name of Jesus (Acts 16:16-18). Many people are making money off her, especially herself.
And you know what demons make themselves look like our loved ones. We can’t see our loved ones there are no such thing as ghosts just demons. She is communicating with demons and deceiving so many people out there that it’s their loved ones.

My experience is so similar to yours. Thank you for sharing this. I was a rebellious Mormon child, angry at God Till I was 40! Very ambitiously exploring new age. Just when I was ready to trust my Spirit guides to give me an out-of-body experience, I was promptly introduced to a born-again Christian, Evangelistic Church. Since then I've embraced a constantly growing connection with God's Holy Spirit, all for the glory of Jesus Christ. He has such an amazing plan and safety-net net all ready for us
He loves us so much, that he sits by in silence as we struggle with burden to get through each day!

Thank you, I to am a Medium, or I thought, I was hurt and these beings seem angry because I am human. My turning point was when these beings said I was a witch, I turned to the Lord and changed that day!

My big question is, Why in The Old Testament (IN THE ORIGINAL JEW LANGUAGE) did the Jews use the name "Elah" as a name for the almighty, [which is a feminine name], but in the KJVersion it was replaced simply with the word/name "God?"
***Anyone can find this simply by looking up what this English "GOD" word has replaced in the original Jew writings.
Did King James hate woman?
Did he and his translators not want people to know that the original Jew writings actually looked on the Almighty as masculine AND feminine?

I love how you said you began thinking more deeply about the spirit world after your friend just mentioned to you that different kinds of spiritual beings exist. Just goes to show that we Christians should never stay silent. We should always speak up to our friends and family sharing biblical truths because you never know who needs to hear that particular message. And like you, sometimes it doesn't take much! Just like with me, God showed me a video and I turned away from the new age like that and went Christian. I loooove your story so much

I have followed the Lord most of my 63 years and have led others to Him. But sometimes, we Christ-followers, don't realize the extent of the beautiful power of Jesus' love that resides within us to share so very easily with someone else who desperately needs to encounter His love. Thank you again, Julie, for sharing your beautiful testimony. It reminded me that we don't know where people are on their journey, and wherever they are, they need to be encouraged that God, does indeed, love them. Your testimony brought me to tears thank you so much for sharing it and praying with us. For the past few years I was really into witches and thought I was not doing anything wrong because I wasn't actually practicing it but I would watch it religiously and wanted to be a witch and have powers. Something started to feel wrong and off. I felt this way towards the end of 2019 and into 2020. I got baptized and I stopped my old ways. I prayed a lot and I do everyday. I'm so happy and I will never go back. I just finished watching the chosen and I just love it so much and all I want is Jesus he makes me so happy and my faith is getting stronger. I feel ready for anything because God is with me, in me, and for me not against me. ❤

3.5 yrs ago , i was heavily in New Age, had done all kinds of false stuff: hypnotherapy, reiki, yoga, etc etc. ..
Really new age took me nowhere, no peace, my life was cursed since i worshipped false gods.
Folks,, its first commandnent, dont have any other gods besides one true God!
Iam forever grateful for God for His patience towards me when i still lived on those awful sins..God was patiently waiting..
Jesus appeared to me that evening when I answered the altarcall in my local church..
He wawed His hand at me; come..I answered yes and Jesus came into my life.. He gave me a new heart.. He washed all my sins away

Thank you sooooo much for sharing this story. This has helped with my faith in God and breaking a generational curse on me regarding consulting physics for my future and my peace. When you said “the information was not filling” that’s what helped because although I’m saved I wasn’t completely sure why I knew why it was so wrong. Plus the part about the angels. When God kicked the devil out of heaven, the Bible says he took 1/3 of the angles with him. (Please make sure you read the Bible and check what I’m saying for accuracy especially since I can’t remember where in the Bible at this moment) this help reinforce why I should always ask God, “what do you say about this” when it comes to my doubts fears and thoughts which is how I ended up on this video. As a former victim of this New Age cult - and I truly believe looking back, that it is just that - I want to thank you for following God's calling, and coming out publicly against the New Age movement. I sought MANY mediums, sometimes spending $300.00 at a time, and made several websites for mediums and "channelers" as I felt that was a way of "giving back", but just as you said, I always felt help full from those encounters. I'd get a message that sort of sounded like my Nana, or at least a realistic version of what she COULD be doing or saying, and then added my own emotions into that to make it forcibly relatable to me, only to want a real connection come out of it that'd I'd never get.
As a recent Christian, and past New Age victim, I can't thank you enough for this testimony. God Bless you!

Ive always tried to pray and have a good relationship with THE CREATOR.
One day i was pumping gas and 2 guys in a black car almost hit me as i was getting out of my car. Well there was abunch of 4 letter words exchanged by both parties. Not proud of it.
The guys decided not to do anything to me even though they got out of there vehicle and i knew there intent wasnt good. They drove off. About 5 mins later as im now pumping my gas, this man comes up to me out of no where
And starts to tell me that the GLORY of GOD is with me.
He goes on to say that even though he was homeless GOD always provided for him and that even though people had stolen from him he knew that they were in bigger need than him.
Omg i spoke to him for a little while longer and then began to cry and ask the CREATOR for forgiveness for what had occured moment earlier.
The message that im trying to relay is that GOD is always with us. Is always forgiving if we repent from the heart.
And he is in every aspect of our lives if we want HIM to be.

I found your video . I’m 25 years old , I got baptized few years ago before my dad passed away which I’m glad he got to witness but since his passing I feel like I lost myself. Personally Testimony on Easter, 4-12-98
I grow up in a turbulent home with alcoholism, fighting, stress,and fear. My step father always told me that I was stupid and was extremely critical of everything I did. He drank every Friday, and then the fighting began. He would beat my mom, yell at me about how dumb and worthless I was. It was living hell. Nothing was safe. The stress of everything was overwhelming and I began to cope by using sexual sin to to suppress my emotional destress. I thought that it would bring me fulfillment, but the more I allowed it in my life the more empty I felt.
I become very depressed through High school and after I graduate I started drinking and parting. God tried to help me by saying,” I can help you if you let me “, but I ignored him. But the Lord allowed my life to come crashing down quickly.
At the age of 19 I was done living because I hated my life and what I had become. My fathers words echoed in my heart as I thought of ending it. The day before I was going to do it, a still small voice said to me; “why don’t you ask what God thinks, you’ll never know if you don’t ask”. So I asked,”Would it matter if died, would you even notice?????
God answered,” When haven’t I loved you? I fell to floor and wept because overwhelmed with his love. I asked him, “ what do you want me to do “? And he said, go home , because if you stay here you’ll die.
It was easter evening and the church I went to as a child was having an evening service. My mom asked me if I wanted to go, but I was reluctant. I felt so horrible about myself. But a still small voice said to me,” I what you to go; I have something special for you”. After arguing for a few minutes, I got into the car and as we got closer to the church I could sense God getting closer to me. Once inside the church I told my mother I wanted to be alone. I went upstairs and found a seat. The service started and a woman began to sing. I lost it and began to cry and wept bitterly. I could feel all my sin as I thought of God in his house. Then the still small voice said to me,” its time”...
I crying every harder as my throat becomes painful. I said, “you know how horribly wicked I am and there is nothing good left in me, but if you want me here I am. Please forgive me, I bagged. Please help me.”And God answered, “I love you and I forgive you.”

Amen! My life has been a struggle since birth. I had to do unsavory things to survive. Jesus rescued me time after time until I had nothing left except him and me. He pulled me from the gutter but it was a very wild and difficult rise. Jesus has saved me time after time. I'm now far away from my original home, live alone, have no earthly connections other than necessities to survive. It's Jesus, my 3 rescue dogs, my bible and me. Jesus is my best friend/roommate/confidant/father/guide and protector/the love, light and peace in my life. I love my life with Jesus. The earthly life is not for me. God bless everyone!

This flies in the face of a certain bible teacher lady online who tells several thousand people following her regularly all the reasons why she thinks they “her followers” should NOT go to a physical church anymore, says just stop, all corrupt, all into idolatry, all a waist of time.
IT’s NOT TRUE.
There are plenty of great churches. But be careful not to follow a person. Follow the Word of God. And the Word uplifts the value of fellowship with other believers exhorting the various gifts believers share in a church group.

I’m happy for you. I come at this from the different spectrum. I sometimes wonder if these things, occult, etc. are distractions from who we truly are and where we need to be. I do not have a strong connection with god or the angels. My sanctuary is in nature, not in churches, and even with the pagan practices, I still find myself curious about Christ, not the brainwashed version of Christ... Maybe one day the genuine Christ will find a way into my heart. I truly believe he exists.

The Bible is facts. I had a dream that was a message from GOD.
After I read the Bible for the 1st time I had a dream that I was outside running away from a demonic presence. I never looked back I just kept running forward. It was during the day & the sky was full of clouds ☁️ . At the end of the dream I saw a small flame 🔥 in the grass about 15 feet away from me. I began walking up to the flame to stomp it out but then a lightning 🌩 struck the flame in front of me and I looked up at the sky & I saw a circle of light shining through the clouds and I stared at it for about 4 seconds. Then the clouds closed & it began raining 🌧. Then I woke up. I believe GOD was telling me that my sins had been washed away.

I go along with Casey's comment lower down. I was a young person in the 80s and really into New Age. I definitely had foresight. The moment I laid eyes on my husband having seen him in a dream earlier I pursued him despite his lack of interest and have a great marriage and kids. My psychic abilities seemed fairly useful. For example, renting a car I saw it with a few scratches on it so chose one beat up already...sure enough it got those extra scratches etc etc. Just before the latest stock market crash I got my husband to have our savings half in and half out of the stock market. I could predict outcomes a lot. But I was running away from God and getting totally full of my "powers" and it was really blurring my mind, like alcohol or drugs. New Age law of attraction things work but not really. We have a lovely apartment here in Chicago and all seems good yet there is also a lot of political repression. We are ready to leave. However rather than depend on law of attraction things and this weird foresight I have I know I need to go backwards to Jesus, whom I knew for so long. Please pray for me to let go of the cards, the numerology, and the thinking I can see stuff and depend on Jesus Christ as we try to work out our future.

Three months later I am going back to this post to say how it really was a turning point for me. I put my trust in God rather than my own intuition. I received a message that I needed to be more obedient to my husband who desperately wanted to leave Chicago and stop working. I didn't want to, I was very happy with my work here and my beautiful apartment. So....we put our house on the market, as he wanted and the first people to view it made a low offer, followed up by a reasonable offer, today. So...we hope to go to Fort Collins, without jobs, and rent....and it just goes like that, following God's will. I think God is healing the cracks in my marriage I couldn't see. I ask for prayers for us and our son, 25, who we are leaving in Chicago, and a good right relationship for him, not just a girl, the right girl
