Farang prices for less than a shoebox size. Only the top percentage of Thais can afford, as an investment. Forget ordinary Thais, which is what the Thai Government is trying to protect. Love to see some properties that are Thai priced!
I just don't see the point of having a tiny condo with a luxury pool..These should have been 2 bed pool condos with a decent size living room...but thanks for the great video..I was there yesterday looking at a penthouse condo..only to be informed the price given was for 5 floors below the top floor..hmm I thought a penthouse was only the top floor???

The distance between beach and 2nd road with Pattaya compared to Jomtien is vast....For someone going into Jomtien for the day or night then having to walk to 2nd road for the baht bus is a real pain....That's why there's nobody there....For all the vlogers who have the same view as you guys, it's ok for you cos you're on transport.....Have a think if you're a tourist you'll be put off by going into Jomtien.....And unfortunately it'll effect businesses greatly also....that in turn will be to the downfall of Jomtien's economy . Such a shame....
Thanks for this comment, yes when you live here it’s very different from being a tourist on a holiday but there are plenty of transport options like baht buses, Bolt & Grab etc to get around although I do understand where you are coming from 👍
@@goodvibespattaya2423 You can probably jump on the bath bus on Jomtien beach road, and continue with the same bath bus down to Pattaya for 20 baht, for me personally it doesn't matter if it takes a little longer and costs 10 baht more than before

Hi mate, prices in Bang Saray at the market are normal for Thai markets that are not in central Pattaya where all the tourists are 👍
