Nope...
Not in upstate ny...we have a Friendly's, that I would say is alot like your Dairy'o. And we have a Jreck's Subs...that makes better subs than Subway. In years past, we used to have a grocery store that made family size subs. That were to die for...it would feed 3-4 people easy. And the bakery, well there are no words. Sad to say they are gone now😐. When I got paid on Friday...I would head there to treat my parents and me😉

@@sherricline32 I love Winston-Salem. They have the best weather. I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Kernersville that is near Winston-Salem and it was right beside Dairi-O. I missed a chance to eat there. There is a place near there called OutWest Steakhouse and it is REALLY good. Highly recommend it!
You have to get the baked beans Brunswick stew at Smithfield’s so good and add vinegar too the bbq I’m from eastern NC trust me that the way to go

@@DaisySueI would have got mayo on that biscuit and yum. It was an amazing looking biscuit. The chili dog looked bomb. And the chicken looks great, and the pulled pork needed their vinegar based bbq sauce for sure. The hush puppies looked good, I'm from South Georgia and I love a good crispy pup. Yum. Great video. I love how you change your content up and throw in mom and pop locations. You should do a vid where you eat different Mall food places. I always enjoy seeing the different places in other's food courts in their Malls. Or where you eat only deli foods.
Deli foods would be good! We’ve been getting delis for dinner here and there lately and it’s always delicious. I’ll have to make it a video soon 😉

You missed the best part at Smithfield’s… the red sauce & vinegar bbq sauce! That’s the only way to eat chopped bbq pork, lol. Btw, I’m not from NC but have visited many times over over the years and love me some Carolina style ‘que 💜 there’s def better than Smithfield’s for sure, but the sauce makes it 100x better. You’re so right about sweet potato salad, nasty🤢

Never been to any of these places. I would definitely try them since I do travel around a lot. Still need to try Cook-Out too. I’ve been so obsessed with Culver’s tho and no matter what other place is around, I ALWAYS end up there. Their concrete mixer is my new obsession.😂

I live in KC so we hear all about Travis and Taylor all the time! We see her all over the screen more than the game, we hear all the stories. It's like ok give it up already and leave them alone! Let them live their life and leave them be.
When you took a bite of the biscuit I said " that bite tho" it looks so so good, I'm jealous. I wish I could have one of them biscuits. BBQ is so hard to top everywhere. We have so so good BBQ here in KC. The second place you went to looks so delicious also.

my favorite bbq place in NC was camel city in Winston! ugh so good and also cheap! when I lived in Burlington I thought about trying Smithfield but someone told me it wasn't good so I skipped on it. NC has so many unique regional food chains that even VA doesn't have! we're stuck with Panera, chipotle, and waffle house up here haha
