Are there opportunities to support Technical Consultants...? I have a 4 year EET degree from Purdue and have 33 years of industrial electrical/electronics experience...and would love to pick up work on the side, but not for a full living until I retire later on in life. Any recommendations for seeking this type of work..? Thanks...and love your videos btw...they are top notch.

A very important question, since life in a third world country imposes limitations on expenses. Not to say that in Lebanon i can't even pay Netflix, because banks totally collapsed.
Some "reasonable amount" for person in Lebanon, many asian countries might be a too little for Chris, to even spend time on this.
But, small hope: Maybe i(and others in same situation) can do some boring work for which i have enough qualification and pay in this way through barter. :)
