I bought the battle aero wing and I personally do like it I haven’t had any problems with it it really makes the evo pop, but the only thing that does bother me is when I open my trunk the wing hits my windshield, there customer service is not the best but overall the wing is good for the price i have no complaints

You just gotta get what's best for you when it comes down to it. I've had the Voltex wing on my Evo and taken it to many tracks but then I have a cheaper Garage BB wing on my Supra and I've been 304kph on the expressway (I dont condon this stupidity) and I've been to Nikko circuit, Ebisu circuit, Fuji Speedway, etc. Both provide great downforce and keep the cars stable when cornering. However I am not a professional driver and never will be disappointed the little differences made up by a higher quality expensive wing and a cheaper wing will make minimal to no noticable differences in my lap times. Get what you can afford and have fun!

I just bought the GTC 200. I couldn't find many good options. I bought a Duraflex Rocket Bunny V1 replica and I couldn't believe how horrible it was. I am sending it back and I got the GTX 200 comin in the mail.
Wings are nice. However I think I prefer the NUR wing both on look and price ($600)-carbon fiber at that (atleast for MY center piece lol).

A 3d wing at the roof-line is just drag. They really don`t work well like that. Also way to much angle of attack on both wings.

I’d watch out for Apr performane I ordered a big 71” wing and sent me for the wrong years and then wouldn’t fix order till I returned the wrong one and wouldn’t pay back the 430$ shipping charge me for their mistake.

Battle aero does not do any testing I emailed them and they said they don’t do any testing at all. APR does lots of testing, and definitely worth it if you have the money. I did not like battle aero customer service as it was very unprofessional, reading their email was like reading a text from da homie.

buy my wing guys... about 400 without carbon fiber but with the carbon at 70 or so inches, 600. all aluminum. just saying. i got products in development but i need to see what else. if you are interested in better cheaper products but with the good quality materials, let me know. i am debating if i should really get into making products.

Yah my big concern w/adding any kind of decent wing. My plan is to hopefully finagle up a quick-connect hardware so I'm only left with flush mounting brackets when I'm using as my DD.

Finally installing mine on my '11 IS-F for heavy track duty at CoTA - hope to do a review vid come October after my next outing.
From a performance standpoint... both wings are terrible. I tested an APR GTC300 as well as a "no name" 3D shaped wing vs. some of my wings in a wind tunnel (videos on my channel). Their L/D was not very good at all. As for construction, even the APR which is carbon on the outside, is backed with fiberglass on the inside backing layers. So they sell it as "carbon fiber" but its literally a layer of carbon over fiberglass. I did a video on that as well. Since a wing as small as the GTC300 is just over 10lbs, that backs that up. For reference, our 14" cord wing, 72" span, with mounts and endplates comes in a 7.5lbs. But I also understand, and as you mentioned, not everyone needs ultra performance, and are just happy getting a wing cause it looks cool and fits their budget.

I would only put a wing that would help with the best traction on a tract car only. On a street car they look ridiculous and clownish and ricer, subtle spoilers on a streetcar for a little extra stability is ok, like on the nsx.
