🇬🇧 The Lewis 160-20 is one of the most reliable, well-known and widespread label sticking machines in the world.
Originally It’s a mechanical machine that allows you to sew the labels with a number of 6, 8 or 12 invisible stitches that can be selected through a selector on the right.
However any project, however good, always offers improvement chances.
We have therefore updated this machine through the use of an EFKA electronic motor which not only allows a fine selection of the number of points, being able to increase them by one unit (6, 7, 8, 9, 10….) up to the number most suited to the use that you want to make of it. Programming the number of stitches is very simple and intuitive. This solution also made it possible to completely remove the mechanical start-stop device of the machine, avoiding the noise of engagement and release, thus obtaining a much greater comfort of use.

🇮🇹 La Lewis 160-20 è una delle macchine per attaccare le etichette più affidabili, conosciute e diffuse al mondo.
E’ una macchina meccanica che permette di fissare le etichette con un numero di 6, 8 o 12 punti invisibili selezionabile attraverso un selettore posto a destra.
Tuttavia qualsiasi progetto, per quanto buono, offre sempre spazi di miglioramento.
Abbiamo pertanto aggiornato questa macchina attraverso l’utilizzo di un motore elettronico EFKA che non solo permette una selezione fine del numero di punti potendoli aumentare di una unità (6, 7, 8, 9, 10….) fino al numero più consono all’utilizzo che se ne vuole fare.
La programmazione del numero di punti è molto semplice ed intuitiva.
Questa soluzione inoltre ha permesso di rimuovere totalmente il blocco meccanico della macchina evitandone il rumore di innesto e sgancio, ottenendo così un confort di utilizzo molto maggiore
