Best Batman is voice actor Kevin Conroy who provided the voice on the show Batman: TAS, Justice League/Unlimited, Batman Arkham games, Batman Beyond etc.

Best joker is Mark Hamill from Batman: TAS, Justice League/Unlimited, Arkham Games etc.
Grew up with him to the point it's really the ONLY Joker voice I can thank of outside of the guy who played Joker in the Adam West show.

THAT'S HIM! For some reason I know what he looks like in the makeup but I can never remember his name. It was always super distinctive when he was the Joker cause he would refuse to shave off his mustache and they would have to put the white makeup over it but you could still see it. I used to watch the reruns of the Adam West Batman series growing up in the late 80's and 90's and I drove my family...batty (pardon the pun) by watching a VHS copy of the Adam West Batman movie that had all the villains team up..I watched that poor VHS until it nearly broke, and if it was on TV? Forget what show YOU want we're watching BATMAN!...it REALLY sucked for my grandpa when NASCAR was on because if it was on while we were having family dinner on the weekends but that movie was on another channel he'd have to wait till I saw that movie instead of NASCAR...I live in the south but I've never been a big fan of NASCAR.
