My holes clogged fairly quickly so I filled the bottom of my cb with concrete to also remove the mosquito habitat & to no longer deal with that nasty sediment full of decomposing worms & such.

I discharge in the yard so I prefer to have my leaves dump into the pipe where I clean them at the discharge. I love my 6 inch smooth wall. Plus in my State mosquito habitat is illegal.
