5 BEGINNER CARPETBOARD TRICKS

A few awesome peeps asked for some carpetboard vids and rather than do a new challenge, I decided to teach some basics! All of these tricks can be categorized into basic tricks on a normal board as well, but, they can be slightly different so I put in my thoughts on what I think helps with some basic tricks on a board with no trucks and wheels!

I would say it's easier to learn skating first then try carpetboarding rather than trying to transfer carpet board skills onto a normal board because they're kinda different!

Casey, do you think if I learned a kickflip on a carpetboard, it would give me more confidence in rotation if I began translating it to regular skating? I can skate, I know a handful of tricks and can do heelflips, I just worry about kickflips on a regular skateboard. Thanks!
