Willow January Show jumping

2 foot 6 - 4 faults
2 foot 9 - 4 faults
Both rounds abit choppy but I'm delighted - she hasn't show jumped since september, hardly been ridden the last few weeks and this is her FIRST TWO FOOT NINE since her hock collapsed way back in 2006, and she went amazing :D
Lacey update; She's still sitting at home doing nothing :( Her trainer broke his foot and we've been waiting for it to heal and now he's having physio. She should go back at the start of feb.

check out some of my older videos, tis a long story.
I try to throw myself forwards and get my arms orund her neck - more weight is off their mouth the better. But try and nip it in the bud for whatever reason he's doing it

course not :) the trainer she's gone to is an intelligent horsemanship trainer (i.e. monty roberts techniques) which might be what you mean?
I had 1 groundwork lesson with her with an IH person once. In that hour we solved 6 months worth of rearing when mounting and barging. Just 1 lesson and she's been great since so yup and it really works!

wat happened 4 years ago???
and u no laceys rearing ... how do you cope with the big rears coz dex has started to rear like big rears and sometimes i cant sit them :S you got any tipss??
