​@@SimeonCogswell fine with me, brass may contain lead, I work with various metals and I have seen that some metals can cause health issues.
I'm very cautious about direct contact of food with various metals, especially since I also processed several metals in the past and have some experience with it.
Brass will also form a layer of corrosion - that corrosion could slowly become part of the food inside.
