UNC is Isiah Harwell's dream school...so let's get him | Defending Drake Maye over Jordan Travis

Class of 2025 SG Isiah Harwell told On3’s Jamie Shaw earlier this week that UNC is his dream school. He is a top 10-type player in the class so will be pursued by all sorts of programs at the top of college basketball. But with hopefully a leg up on the competition, if the “dream school” concept really matters to Harwell, Coach Hubert Davis has an opportunity to make a big splash. Additionally, Harwell stands 6’5 and would be a big positional get for the Tar Heels.
For some reason, people continue to doubt Drake Maye. The Locked On hosts of the ACC schools have collectively selected FSU’s Jordan Travis over Maye as the No. 1 quarterback in the conference. Host Isaac Schade has to defend Maye.
Carolina football was on All-Access on the ACC Network on Thursday. Schade has several takeaways including hopeful optimism.

In that ACC quarterback ranking, I wonder what will happen with Sam Hartman at Notre Dame, who with that surrounding cast could have a Big Bang year.

At the end of the year last year Jordan Travis was 7th in total QBR over all conferences and Drake Maye was 10th. Jordan's PFF rating was #1 in Power 5 quarterbacks. Jordan won his last 6 games with a score total of 213-109. Drake lost his last four with a total of 81-118. Yes, Drake is a gifted QB with a great arm and ability to run the ball, but defenses have learned how to better defend him. Will he have taken a step forward to keep his edge? As good as Jordan was last year, Mike Norvell said in a press conference that Jordan Travis is the most improved player on the team in this off-season. I think it's a little early to be declaring it a travesty that Jordan was named #1 preseason. I guess we'll see how this video ages! lol
