I was waiting for Mk.gee to be brought up lmao. I would love to see a dive into him because he doesn't do any short form content besides packaging his music videos and putting them into shorts. I know that its massively important in a case like that to already be in industry circles so he was able to pull fans from working with Dijon and other production work he's done like with Vegyn and Omar Apollo but I would love to see how he grew his fanbase from 0 to what it is now. It seems like word of mouth is working a lot for him as well as collaborations. Great music always is the main story in a case like this but I wonder what else is going on to help aid his rise. I've seen the late night performance and also some great article write ups but again since he already had established a fanbase prior to this album I wonder what this would have looked like if this was his first project release. Do you think it would be possible to get someone from R&R Digital onto the podcast? Thank you for your time!
