I am profoundly moved by your words. I played them again. And then again. I’m sitting here in the dark in my Southern California home at 4:30 AM. After hearing your insights, I am going to begin my regular morning meditation. Except I am on one of the piers near my home, looking out at the vast ocean, and turning my gaze to the surfers in the early morning light looking like silhouettes in a brilliantly lit backdrop with hues of yellow and orange and green and pink scattered in the painted sky behind them. And then I am enveloped in love…in peace, in harmony, and connection with my fellow travelers on this spiritual journey, above and below the surface of this majestic body of water and life. Nothing else fits. I am in this moment, and it is replete and then I’m out in the water with the silhouette surfers…because right now, I know how to ride the waves…

I actually practiced something similar based on Neville Goddard's teaching on "living in the end" many moons ago. I practiced it daily for about 10 minutes and found that after about a week, I didn't feel the need to do it anymore. I admit, once in a while I get a whiff of news that causes anxiety and so I just do it again. A bit of a recharge, I guess. Not sure if it changes anything "out there," but it certainly changes me and instead of getting upset at my MAGA friends, now I just wish them blessings and peace. (And I'm entirely sure that's due to me feeling secure because of the process.) We are all facets of the same jewel, after all. 😊
I work as a server, and I make it a point to look at each of my guests directly in the eye. It makes a connection and I can often feel their joy or their pain. I think it makes me a better server. I seem to be able to know their needs a lot better . I also meditate on people by surrounding them with light in my mind and to protecting energy it does work. I would gladly participate in something like that as a collective.

I ABSOLUTELY understand why you're saying not to give in to worry - and I agree to a degree - however it's really REALLY hard when you're a minority who's currently experiencing hatred and abuse to not feel that fear. I'm GENUINELY glad that you have the privilege to not feel that fear. Honestly, I really am. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. But for us folks who can't escape the hatred, that's not entirely possible. I can try to do that as much as I can, but that doesn't help me when I'm being yelled at in the street for being who I am and being afraid of being physically attacked at a bus stop (which has happened). Please continue to encourage folks to get involved to actually help change things. I know you didn't mean to imply that folks could just send energy, but they should be doing that WHILE ALSO doing advocacy work in whatever way makes sense for them ie. Volunteering, writing letters, donating if they have means etc. We don't get out of this without ALSO taking concrete action. We cannot trust that just sending energy will combat a Marjorie Taylor Greene or Ron DeSantis' bigotry and means of passing terrible laws. I ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND that you weren't saying that AT ALL, but I worry that some folks watching will take it that way. Again, this isn't me being mad at you or anything, but just be aware that not all of us have the privilege of being able to live without fear right now. I really hope that changes soon, and your videos definitely give me hope! I will absolutely envision harmony and success of the forces of light ❤

You are truly an inspiration to us all. I am definitely in on your project. Glad also to hear that your energies were balanced in Sedona and that you were able to interact with people on a soul level. That works in the setting you were in, and sometimes when you are not in such a setting. I try to approach all people on that soul basis, but find that more often than not, it's a one way street. Still, I feel good because I think that some of my energy breaks through. At least I like to think that. Also, I watched a video last night on the benefits of tektite chrystals from Vietnam. A powerful energy healer said that he could see the negative energies leaving a person who was exposed to the tektite chrstal. (I don't know why it is referred to as a chrystal, it is actually a piece of a black meteor rock.) The healer said that he has never been without his tektite on his body for the last 20 years. Maybe you could check this out sometime. He claims it balances his energy. Sorry that this is so long. Glad that you are back. You look rested and at peace. ❤
I don't think you went on too long but then I wonder if I blab & if ppl are going to glaze over.🤔 You've touched on something I've wondered about, tektites. Did you know they aren't bits of meteorites but actually formed "from the melting and rapid cooling of terrestrial rocks that have been vaporized by the high-energy impacts of large meteorites, comets, or asteroids"? The Encyclopedia Britannica went on to list properties which make it unlike typical igneous rocks (of course not the metaphysical ones). Anyway, there are four specific types and the ones from Vietnam are called, Muong-Nong tektites. Just wanted to thank you @peacefulfeeling. You've given me the opportunity to learn something new about a subject that very much interests me. BTW, tektites are supposed to connect us to with our higher selves and allow "access to elevated states of consciousness" through the Earth & Soul Star chakras. They are an excellent tool for ignoring everyday frustrations. (My belovéd pup, see thumbnail, was fascinated by crystals. I swear the guy could sense the different vibrations, which without him, I cannot -- at least not as easily. I guess he was my "familiar".) ☮️💟
It’s always lovely to get a reminder to “Live here now” or “Be here now”. Yes, I remember sending protection energy to Ukraine and its leader. The USA is going through a dark night but the sun will rise again. I think 2025 will be a great year and I think a collective sigh of relief will be felt not only in the USA but around the world.
Looking at your surroundings in your first video of the retreat, I thought you may have been back in the US. Sedona had such a powerful effect on you the first time and this retreat was no different. I can actually sit here now on my couch, in New Jersey, and think of next spring with the feeling of knowing that things are going to get better. I'm a firm believer that we can have an impact on global events via our mental and emotional state, i.e. manifesting. There's no way we can't do that because of how energy works. I'm game, Cash. Let's do this! ETA: I'm also finding it difficult to relate to humans on a human level. That human level is so full of fear, angst, unhealed trauma and pain. But when I go into "Namaste mode" where I'm connecting to that person's soul, I find it very doable and enjoyable. Perhaps we can all try to do this type of relating, seeing people at the soul level, the "we are one" level to enhance our connections with each other and solidify our unity. Namaste!

Did you know they aren't bits of meteorites but actually formed "from the melting and rapid cooling of terrestrial rocks that have been vaporized by the high-energy impacts of large meteorites, comets, or asteroids"? The Encyclopedia Britannica went on to list properties which make it unlike typical igneous rocks (of course not the metaphysical ones).
Anyway, there are four specific types and the ones from Vietnam are called, Muong-Nong tektites.

BTW, tektites are supposed to connect us to with our higher selves and allow "access to elevated states of consciousness" through the Earth & Soul Star chakras. They are an excellent tool for ignoring everyday frustrations.

It’s always lovely to get a reminder to “Live here now” or “Be here now”. Yes, I remember sending protection energy to Ukraine and its leader. The USA is going through a dark night but the sun will rise again. I think 2025 will be a great year and I think a collective sigh of relief will be felt not only in the USA but around the world.
Looking at your surroundings in your first video of the retreat, I thought you may have been back in the US. Sedona had such a powerful effect on you the first time and this retreat was no different. I can actually sit here now on my couch, in New Jersey, and think of next spring with the feeling of knowing that things are going to get better. We will be seeing bill after bill, after bill, get passed to enact Roe v. Wade as law, prevent people like Trump from ever getting near the White House, tax law adjustments. Thank you, Cash.

I'm a firm believer that we can have an impact on global events via our mental and emotional state, i.e. manifesting. There's no way we can't do that because of how energy works. I'm game, Cash. Let's do this! ETA: I'm also finding it difficult to relate to humans on a human level. That human level is so full of fear, angst, unhealed trauma and pain. But when I go into "Namaste mode" where I'm connecting to that person's soul, I find it very doable and enjoyable. Perhaps we can all try to do this type of relating, seeing people at the soul level, the "we are one" level to enhance our connections with each other and solidify our unity. Namaste!
