Factorial designs are tough and complex enough -- you don't need to fret about the analysis too! Jamovi is a flexible program to test fully repeated measure or mixed designs, whether you have 2, 3, or more variables in your design that are fully crossed. thank you it was helpful but my group summary was a bit off I had 16 people but it showed 48 were excluded which does not make sense

I’m not sure. Did you exclude casewise rather than listwise? Do you have a lot of missing values?
