I think guardian druids may get more popular than prot warriors as they actually seem pretty decent with their new tier set and being able to heal your party is also really good this season.
i agree. guardian has a lot of utility that is super helpful in this dungeon pool. soothe, ursols vortex, curse dispel (tho its too hard to get in the current tree). magic damage is still a huge issue, but it does have a strong new 4 set
Vengeance demon hunters will rise up as soon as in 2-3 weeks everyone get their busted tier set, got myself one and pulling like 105k dps as a tank in Uldaman and 85-90k in Vortex. And constant fiery brand on all trash is free mitigation.
I hate the beginning of new seasons because I got unlucky with tier set pieces I fall behind and ppl won’t join my high keys … I was top dps in raids now low …
Shadow priest feels bad on most raid fights because you know can pump with psychic link but our potential is cut short as 7/9 raid bosses are single target RIP
it's insane how MW is never hitting more than 5% while being by far the most fun healer in the end whatever what blizzard said in the past. player bring the class and not the player
No one is going to be running ret pally in 25+ except for the few ret head mains. Rogue and DH will stay popular there and Enhance shaman will be more than likely trail them

So don’t discount ret in upper keys, this is only at 432 so when we’re all 447+ then we’ll know the truth of the matter when everyone has their set and bis. But this early, ret is very large atm, and I hope it’ll stay this large in late game.
Invited to +19 NL as 419 prot pala. When I joiner I saw 4 tank in queue with 430+ itemlevel and 2.3k rio but they weren't prot palas. Tier lists and "meta" videos are killing the game.
i think all the ret rerollers are gonna be swapping back to something else. ret scaling seems really poor, and the new set bonuses arent that good for aoe. i was dumpstering all over other dps in keys at 3k rio at the end of season 1 and the first few days of season 2, but now im usually 3rd in dps. granted im only like 430 ilvl and kinda haste heavy, and ive been seeing people 5-10 ilvls higher than me, so i guess it is still too early to tell, but i have a bad feeling my melee meta prediction is enhance and rogue dominating unless they get some damage nerfs, cuz atm the utility they bring along with super high damage is just too much to compete with
Something that really confuses me, is blizzards obvious favoritism towards raiders. Why is it that Raiders have access to full 4pc week 2, but M+ only players have 0 access? Why is that the case when the tier sets function in all areas of the game? Why is catalyst not open already? Again blizzard is so full of their own hubris and think they are always right, even though the player base generally do not agree with the late time gating of the catalyst. Guess i wont play for another month coz i fkin hate raiding.
i think the catalyst isnt out yet because of hall of fame, just to make sure that not all players are fully farmed before attempting high-end raiding. I understand. I like doing keys more than raiding as well but it does make sense if it were for hall of fame
I got a tier piece from m+ vault so you can at least grind and pray for that. Raiding is super easy to 3/9 lfr, N, and H so you can also get that vault slot

This is the exact fallacy blizzard employ. Maybe i'm different than most players then.. But i don't fall for easy tricks like that. I don't waste my time doing things i don't enjoy. Hindering me from acquiring tier set via the content i do enjoy won't make me raid, it's just get me to stop playing until catalyst is open so i can actually play on an even playing field again.

In my personal experience, depending on the dungeon, demo lock is a little more consistent, especially in pugs
